stiff as a rock.
Fidgety throughout.
In my opinion, It was horrible.
But good for a first or second.

It was ok, Stiff, needed a better reaction the head getting off the ground.
Smooth though.

Spacing...
Say that 1 is the lowest possible movement, and 8 is the highest. This is how much you move it in each frame;
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-7-6-4-3-2-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8...etc.
