I wonder what they can give Triple H to make it any different from his Elite figure. I would've said a King Of Kings WM outfit, but they've already made him in that twice. Maybe a Hunter Hearst Helmsley in his tuxedo jacket or a King Helmsley with his robe that he'd wear to the ring right at the start of D-X?

I don't really think that segment the Rock's was based off of was either. That's just what they're calling the line, but they're really aiming for more intricate attires. At least that's how it seems.

I'd imagine it'd be wm3 for steamboat's attire. For HHH, i'm hoping it's either from 97(king of the ring with robe) or his summerslam 98 attire.

Highest rated segment in RAW history and The Rock was apart of it. Pretty defining if you ask me. Everyone remembers at least one part of This Is Your Life.

As for the Dragon I could go for either when he won the NWA title from Flair at the Clash of Champions or WMIII

But that would just be a plain Triple H in black trunks figure that could be released in any basic/legends/elite line. I'd feel pretty ripped off by it at Defining Moments prices, even if it came with the attitude era title (although I'd love to see it in the Legends line).

I'm hoping the Triple H is from the night he came back from injury in January 2002. One of the biggest pops in wrestling history, and elaborate enough gear to justify the price.
