Decent for a newbie, it's pretty stiff though, try to move the joints more, you should be moving every joint in every frame.

Yeah main thing you should try to work on is getting rid of the stiffness, if you can move every joint in every frame it will fix this problem. Besides that you have a pretty nice amount of frames that seem to stay pretty consistent throughout but I would suggest taking out a few during airtime to get rid of the floatyness, also you should try not to skip the reactions as they are just as important as any other part of an animation. But yeah for now most important thing for you to be working on is the stiffness.
