Fix spacing. The kendo stick going down to the ground should be this:
l.l..l...l....l...l..l.l

Work on your spacing, You've got the basics down but click the 'back' button to make the sticks go back. Work on stiffness as well, It's good for your return but just learn spacing more as you animate. Look up "pivot spacing tutorials" on Google, Maybe you'll find something on www.DarkDemon.org etc.

Pretty good animations man, you use a good amount of frames though a few too many at times, you should try to space out your animations as others have said, this is when you gradually increase the amount you move the stick before slowing it down again - if you don't get that tell me and I'll write out a more detailed explanation of it. Besides that the sticks look stiff in parts, try to move all the joint in all the frames to avoid this. Lastly the reactions seem kind of half done, when the stick hits the ground or whatever there should be a slight bounce for the impact and the you do something for the reactions. Pretty good animations just work on the spacing and reactions.
