Pretty good animations man - I'm going to reply to both of them seeing as they have similar flaws, so first off these are looking rather smooth though could use a boost in the frames to help it all flow together. Joints were pretty well bent when you needed to bend them though for a lot of parts in the animations the joints didn't move for multiple frames at a time, to avoid this do your best to move every joint in every frame. Reactions were alright though needed impact and the reaction to go on for a little longer. Good start, for now just work mainly on your stiffness and upping the amount of frames you use.
