Should be something in the first aid thread about it, if not, spacing is where with the movements you start off moving them a little, then gradually moving them more and more and then slowing them down again so that your animations will look more realistic and flows better, for a more visual idea of it: |-|---|-----|-------|-----|---|-| | = Frame. - = How much you move the stick. Of cause this wouldn't be for the entire animation, you will need to break the animation into parts, if the move were say, a Swanton, you would split it like this: Jump preparation: |-|---|-----|---|-| Lift off from jump and to the peak of height: |-|---|-----|----------|-----|---|-| From peak of height to ground: |-|---|-----|----------| Reactions: |-|---|-----|---|-| Obviously this isn't the exact amount you will move the stick and you will have to edit it based on the animation but as long as you keep the start slow, reach biggest movement in the middle, then slow down to the end the idea is all the same. Hope that helped, if you have any further questions don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for the help marc. I never thought a great animator would comment on an animation that was made when I was bored... It really means a lot.
