My question for you is what do you find unique about a pic fed because I want to make a pic fed I will enjoy creating and you the fans will enjoy watching! Thanks for answering!

Hard to tell anyone how to be unique with their Fed, but it would be doing something no-one else does.
TNA Blitz is the only Pic Fed highlights show, wTw is the only Fed who uses mostlty R3's, or is known for it's use of R3's, WrestleFest is a Comic Book style layout and their are plenty of other Feds with their own hook.
To be unique, I think it means to do/have something that when your Fed's name is brought up, is instantly connected to it.

I would tell you to be a bit selfish and do something you like instead of aiming just to please possible fans and end up with a product you personally dislike (happened to me with my first episode and having to re-launch or ret-con can be a drag). Try to stick to the forum rules as much as possible, at least as a sign of respect to the mod and to the pic fedder who have been here a long time, it's not that hard to do. Stick to what you do best, do what you know, take nice, clear pics, use decent lighting, try to have at least a simple black backdrop, don't be stiff with your poses (simple/basic and stiff are two very different things)... I think that's pretty much it. The fact that it is done by you should make it unique, maybe you come up with something nobody around here though of before... Good luck and good efforts! EDIT: Totally agree with Dallas Fan.

It has to be entertaining to you. If you're not entertained, you won't keep up with it. I think the most "unique" aspect of a fed is one that lasts. People are more likely to invest time in reading your stuff, when they see you have a commitment to it.
Also, don't be afraid to start slow. If your first card has a bunch of gimmick matches and stuff, you may turn off a lot of people. Folks want to get invested in your stuff, so give them reason to stick around.

uniqueness to me means it veers away from what we see on tv every week. Anyone can replicate feuds on tv like Cena vs Orton or Hardy vs Anderson, but it's the feds that do something different that you don't see on a weekly basis that sticks out. Also how you use your own characters.

Using customs, whether its original guys or indy wrestlers. A nice arena, good storylines and creative matches, adding moves or changing wrestlers movesets.

In my book I find every federation to be unique to an extent, some more then others obviously but there is always something to me that separates all the federations on this board. I'd just say go with what you feel you would do best, weather that be a mainstream style federation like the WWE or a small indy company like Roh. Just do what you want to and don't let whatever type of federation is hot on the board at the time or whatever style is preferred sway your decision.
