I am watching WM X-8 & XIX in the last week and it stuck me: I cannot believe WWE left off Mr. Perfect, Lance Storm & Test vs. Rikishi, Albert. & Scotty and Venis & Storm vs. RVD & Kane for the respective WrestleManias.
At WrestleMania X-8 we got a rock concert (which the crown was DEAD for). And at WrestleMania XIX, we got a stupid pillow fight that included two people that should have NEVER been close to being on a WrestleMania card.

They were still excellent Mania's though. Agreed. I enjoyed XIX more than X-8. Can't believe the ten year anniversary's will be coming up in a few years. |

Yea, 19 is, im my opinion, the last great WrestleMania, the last real Mania too, when there were 4 Main Events, that were actually built instead of just being thrown together n Feburary

Wrestlemania 19 was one of, if not, the best Mania for me. I could've done without Limp Bizkit, though. So if you were to replace that performance with the tag match, it would've been perfect.

everything since 19 has sucked imo, nothing has even came clost to get my intrest in watching it since 19.

Lets be fair, 20 was pretty darn good, After 20 it's been down hill though.

I actually didn't like 19 that much. 20 and 21 were good. But I haven't enjoyed a wm since 21. My favorite is still 17.

Its weird for me in terms of WrestleMania memories, either the card was decent or worst but had some gems (WM 13, Hart vs. Austin) or the event was overall very solid but not any one match sticks out more than another (WM III, 17, 19).
Anyone else feel this way too?

It's all been downhill since 20. 21 wasn't bad, though.
19 was awesome.

If anything it should have been Mr. Perfect vs. Kurt Angle at Wrestlemania X-8. That could have been incredible.
But, Wrestlemania XIX was fantastic the way it was, imo.

18 and 19 were great, but it was at WM20 live so it blows those two out of the roof for me.

Agreed, after 20 it's all fairly downhill from there IMO...Batista VS Triple H at WM21 seemed like a match from RAW or something...

WMX9 was really good, I enjoyed 26, but I have to agree pretty much after 19/20, there hasn't been a WM on the X7-level. Also, the video packages that usually builds up the match either doesn't matter anymore or the video itself is sub-par compared to a decade ago.
