This was post-17 when Austin aligned with Vince and formed the Power Trip with Hunter.
Question is, did Ross blade here or was some sort of blood capsule/packet used? I wouldn't think Ross would have agreed to blade here, but props to him if so.

I'm not sure...because it's been awhile since I read Austin's book, but I'm almost certain that Austin did it for him
