What makes an arena unique?

I'm working on building an arena (somewhat indy) right now and I wanted to know the pic fedders opinions on what would make my (or any arena) unique? I've seen a crowd high in the air, a ladder match setup, and even working lights/titantrons. Right now, I have a small entrance way with a ring (camo ring mat) and an announcers table. Any ideas or suggestions?

First off, you need to have a vision. What type of fed do you want? You said you wanted an indy fed, but what kind? Will it be small time local (IWA MS) or more like ECW? Basically, the best way is to think of what fed your fed is going to most be like, look at their arena, and use it as a base. Use the parts you like of it, and add stuff you want from there.
