Cool animation I like the creativity of it. 
The spacing is there, but the arms and legs lack movement, like in the air the arms should stay forward like that they should start to bend and move ready to grab the reciever.
Also, speaking of the reciever the pose looks very awkward, liek he would fall forward, and you dont really move anything about him apart from spinning him around. 
Its good, but is very stiff, you have a good amount of frames just need to put more work into the movements.
