Great custom. U modded everything! I might stop all my current customs and try something like this. Everything looks natural and realistic. Hope you post mattel customs soon.

amazing as always
i would also like to ask what is your technique for painting chest hair?
i've tried so many times, watering down the paint, using thin brushes, drybrushing, etc, and it always just looks like crap

Looking good bro! The thing I love most is the modifications on the legs. Thinning the thighs, then, adjusting the lower legs to give it a more natural feel. Great job as always. Looking forward to some of the Mattel customs.

Very awesome man. I love all the modification you did, thinned the legs, arms, twisting the legs and sculpting together and the kneepads and hair. Great stuff. Chest hair looks completely natural and nice.
You really should post more of your stuff, I know you've got lots of customs that never get post here.

Really nice work on this Garvin custom. Love the hair and head mods as well as what you did with the legs. Painting is all smooth as always and I really like how natural the chest hair looks. Great job.

Thanks guys! This was a lot of fun to do, Garvin was one of my favorite wrestlers of all time. I think I may have missed the boat with all the accessories I could have done him... Robe, Hair Spray Can, Precious. But, for now just regular ole Jimmy while he was chasing Flair's belt.
For the chest hair I used a colored pencil. Black, sharpen down to a very fine point. And for the leg adjustment. I just cut them at the top of the boot. Got them in the right position and glued them back down w/support and sculpted over them.

Uncanny man. I was just thinking of making a Jimmy Garvin after watching some old NwA stuff. Now I won't bother because it won't be as good as yours.

That figure is, dare I say...GORGEOUS!! Never would have thought of using a Santino head, but it works(!), great likeness, great hair and beard sculpting! I like the way you modded the feet. At first it bugged me a bit, because Jakks (and Mattel) have us so used to the "straight ahead" toes look. But Jimmy does have a more natural stance now. It kinda makes his feet seem longer, a bit clown-shoed. But that's "Not your fault!" ;D You gotta make Sunshine or Precious!! Wars
