I'm very disappointed to see Mattel cheaping out and rehashing the Elite Big Show mold for Andre as after seeing them give a nobody like Mark Henry his own unique mold I was confident they'd do likewise with a Legend such as Andre.
The headsculpt is outstanding and the singlet is decent but it matters little as the body is nothing like Andre's physique looked in the latter part of the 80's.
For the most part I think Mattel have blown away Jakks in just about every way but this figure is a step backwards.

Andre has a new torso mold made for him in the proto so i wouldn't say they cheaped out completely like jakks did re-using all of Shows body parts  |

I LOVE THAT ANDRE ITS AWSOME !!! i cant wait to see the comparison of him to other figures especialy rey mysterio- (you know what i mean  i hope i can get him as a single figure some how, a classic elite scale ring from mattel would be awsome but i have'nt the room and the classic elite scale ring from JAKKS the i got proberly wont be THAT different |

lol, but no ones going to buy Jakks Andre. Its prob as tall as Jakks Rey Mysterio figure. Ill make a deal with ya. You post me an RA Andre figure that is the same size as an RA Mysterio and Ill delete my account. If you cant, you delete yours. Deal?  |
