She wasn't even a candidate then. CS 24 came out in what late 2008 or about then. She wasn't even considering running for Senate then. She wasn't even appointed to the Education board at that time. So there were no political reasoning behind her having no figure. Incorrect. CS 24 came out roughly in Spring of 2009, McMahon was appointed to the State Board of Education January 2009. Whether coincidentally or not, the cancellation of Linda's CS 24 figures came from RSC on January 24, 2009. But why would she say "Yeah ok make one" if she knew she getting this post and then all of a sudden nearly a month after being nominated, say "Nevermind." Doesn't make sense.

Yes this I know. What I am saying is possibly she wanted one made, and then where it be a combo of her not liking the actual figure/scan, her campaign manager advising it to be canceled, etc could be contributing factors. She wasn't even a candidate then. CS 24 came out in what late 2008 or about then. She wasn't even considering running for Senate then. She wasn't even appointed to the Education board at that time. So there were no political reasoning behind her having no figure. When someone spends millions and millions on a campaign of their own funds, I have to assume she decided this more than a year in advance. While I don't personally believe that she cancelled it because of a potential campaign, I can't rule it out entirely.

Exactly, something like this kind of election isn't something you think of in a few weeks. usually you've got in the back of your mind for a good year+. But I wouldn't say her campaign is THE reason for the cancellation, but it might have been a contributing factor.

But if she was considering it for a year before, why even allow Jakks to put you in the line-up?

But if she was considering it for a year before, why even allow Jakks to put you in the line-up? Maybe Jakks just didn't seem to think anything of it. I'm sure at some point it was cleared and obviously things changed. Unfortunate too as I was really looking forward to a Linda McMahon to have a whole CS McMahon family.

Someone had a scan from a magazine not too long ago that had an article about the top 10 unreleased Jakks WWE figures. It included a shot of Linda in the wheelchair from memory. Anyone have that scan (or magazine)?
I think I first saw that pic on a stunt action ring which showed the 'Linda McMahon's Revenge' ring gear set on the back.

Linda McMahon would have been a great way for Jakks to close the Classic series. Imagine if her figure came out in CS28, together with the cancelled Blackjack Mulligan, Headbangers, etc. That would have been an awesome farewell series from Jakks. Maybe LM sat on the idea or the Jakks proto, if there ever was one, then Jakks couldn't wait for her anymore because their time was winding down quickly. Pretty sure too that runnning for public office has been on her mind for more than a year before she publicly announced it. You don't exactly wake up one morning and say, "hey, I'm bored. I think I'll run for office and announce it after a shower and change of clothes."

Because Linda doesn't want 8-year-olds to put her in a love triangle with Mark Henry and Hornswoggle and live sex celebrations with The Great Khali in their figure feds.

So undoubtedly one was made....but we never saw it. Best guess would have been the Kelly body, with the Vicki Guerrero heels & a fabric outfit much like Ludmilla from Jakks Rocky line.
