Anyone agree with my theory that Linda McMahon's CS 24 was canceled due to her campaign? I mean it sounds odd I admit, but I think it might have been at least a partial reason as to why it was canceled to avoid cheap attacks.
Other's thoughts?

No. It wasn't allowed because she never allowed a figure of her to be made.

If she never wanted to have a figure made of her, than why did they even bother to make the proto of the first one and announce that there was going to be one in the CS series?

Maybe... My personal thought was that she simply didn't like the old TTL scan because it made her look old. That scan was taken around a decade ago....so I'd say she wouldn't have liked newer scans where she would look even older. So, her vanity is my belief as to why we never got any of the several Linda McMahon figures that were lined up & why we never received a McMahon family box set...since obviously the rest of the family had no problems with their action figures. A Canadian guy ended up buying the TTL proto for only $80US!

It's like the Mattel Jeff figure. They made it, but in the end the WWE said no to selling it, so they didn't. Same thing here. Jakks made one and Linda said no. I think I remember hearing she didn't like the fact that she'd be beaten up or used in a different manner than she was used in the WWF.

Linda was sent a prototype and had to approve it, which it never did. Mattel Jeff was made and got cancelled during production.

Wasn't there one prototype of her in a wheelchair? On the back of the packaging they would show the different weapon packs you could get and a wheelchair was one of them and she was sitting in the wheelchair.

I don't remember this, but I do recall the prototype in the wheelchair. Wish I had a pic of either on me, but I haven't got one.

No. It wasn't allowed because she never allowed a figure of her to be made. Yes this I know. What I am saying is possibly she wanted one made, and then where it be a combo of her not liking the actual figure/scan, her campaign manager advising it to be canceled, etc could be contributing factors.

She wasn't even a candidate then. CS 24 came out in what late 2008 or about then. She wasn't even considering running for Senate then. She wasn't even appointed to the Education board at that time. So there were no political reasoning behind her having no figure.

Whether coincidentally or not, the cancellation of Linda's CS 24 figures came from RSC on January 24, 2009.
