Btw..I'd love to own your cases for loose figs Judge!! Do you think there would ever be a chance that they pop up on ebay? I have to display my entire collection in my new house and it would be AMAZING to have this cases for loose figures too!!!

You could probably get something similar from Ikea, or perhaps an old jewellers that was closing down?

The guys answer re the cases : they are in plexiglass cases that there were three sets made of. First set went to the engineer who worked on the line. Second set went to me for designing the line. Third set Hasbro keptThe third set that Hasbro kept would be the touring set in question, almost surely.

Hi guys, I know i am new to this forum, but i can tell you that in 94-96 i had a connect at Hasbro who was in charge of a lot of preproduction for the WWF line and i bought many a 2-up prototype from him. I can't even remember all of the ones that i had, but i do remember having the 2 ups of Dusty Rhodes, Tatanka, the Nasty Boys, Warlord, Texas Tornado, the Anvil and quite a few others. I didn't have any of the 2ups of my favorite figures, or else i woulda kept em.
I can tell you that the Dusty Rhodes no longer exists, because i sold him to a Toy Dealer named Mark Huckabone, who, while photographing it on his car (for whatever reason I have no idea) dropped it and it shattered.
A large majority of the 2-ups i acquired were sold at an extreme discount to Lenny Lee, the man who is in charge of Action Figure News and Toy Review. I would bet he still has them to this day.
I was in college at the time and used the $$ to fund the beginnings of a vintage Star Wars collection and to pay my college bills.
I have always regretted selling them to Lenny, who in the end only gave me 150 a piece for em.

I remember at Wrestlemania X when they showed soem fan access type thing they had one of these cases. If I remember right it was also in the WWF magazine at the time as well. Getting a interview with this guy would be pretty awesome. I remember that too

Remember, this was in 94-96, long before the advent of digital cameras and i was a foolish college student just trying to get by. I do urge you to contact Lenny though, as (hopefully) he probably still has the protos, and there are quite a few of them.
