don't need rotations put a tuck in and put strengh up to 15 or so

Kinda getting the hang of this. Can someone send me a table (/feelslikeanoob) and tell me how you break them properly. I mean I know about constraints and that but I cant figure out how to break them with the legs staying intact and all that.
