You have improved 100% sense you have come here two days ago. You just need to work on choppiness, table breaks and spacing. Keep it up Ross!

The spacing is the movements between each frame, For example for fast movements like falling you should aim to move the body further away from its previous place so it appears so gravity is doing its job and that its not floaty. But you got to try move all the joints too, so it doesn't become stiff or choppy.
Your first animations is Kinda floaty, and a little unrealistic, but the idea of it is really good. Try breaking the table more cleaner, spreading out the table legs and making a better break that doesn't look zigzagy or rounded.
Second ani is quite nice, sheamus's movements are pretty great. Shelton is fidgety, so id say you need to work on impacts and reactions.
But man, these are pretty good, and you will most likely get much better. Great work.

Anyways love the animations. The first one is great, but you kind of need to make the table and sticks diff collars, so we can tell whos who and such. Like everyone said, work on your spacing. The second one is AWESOME and I absolutely love it, and if you don't its absolutely unacceptable. The kick is good, like the reactions and the only weird little thing I see is Sheamus looks up after words.
