Not here to rip apart these protos, despite Jakks yet again producing figures of guys I'd happily purchase if only the product was better but I must say; Velvet is one of the best things I have ever seen from them! I would say sculpted stockings (if thats what they are?) and a more concealed ab joint would improve it, but I really like the well hidden hip articulation and overall sculpt of the figure with the proportions just looking really dead on! In true Jakks style, a great job on the head too.
THIS is how much effort should be put into these figures. Just goes to show how nice this line could be if they were really dedicated to it!
Sting's decent too. legs and torso are just a bit too bulbous, making the arms look disproportionate.

I'll get the Sting but that's it. And is it me or does the Sting in jacket look like he has padded thighs? If so why use them now when the jacket is covering them?

If so why use them now when the jacket is covering them? well as it's jakks, i'm gonna go with it being either painted/photoshopped, or they deliberately held back on using the padded thighs on the first sting to try and get people to buy more sting figures. either way it's pathetic.

Man, I hope the production versions look this good! I was never a DA fan, but after WWE switching to Mattel's w/ weird stance/junk store face sculpts, I welcome these. Velvet, Lethal & Shark Boy look amazing!

That Velvet Sky is ing fantastic. Jay Lethal looks great, and so do Matt Morgan and Shark Boy. I don't collect anymore but I like seeing what figures are lined up for the future.

Velvet is amazing! I can't wait to get this and I'll probably be buying three of them (1 MOC, 1 loose, & 1 for the head to put on my custom).
I hope we get to see 2 Packs Series 3 proto's soon. I can't wait to see what Daffney looks like.

i might have to get a velvet signed. Since Jakks cant keep with the current TNA product, I wonder if we'll see Matt Bentley or the Flying Elvises in the next set?

I know SG and LtD73 will be buying afew of the Sky figs.... I can't wait to see the rest of the DI and CTL sets.... JAKKS is doing great. Hope Lethal comes with a removable jacket. ..I don't like Velvet Sky.. so why would I buy more than 1?

I can't decide if that Lethal is horrible or not. I'm leaning towards horrible. Sting also looks weird.

Let's see what people find to b**** about.. Amazing figures. Velvet is the only one that is freakin awesome. Finally a decent DI figure. Nash...same as two pack...Lethal, outdated, Sting, with the molded on trench? Come on Jakks, we want removable coats. Morgan ans shark boy are decent. Still hard to get hyped up about this stuff when it's basically the same molds over and over...its a bit tedious. Come on, dude. Let's be realistic here.. Jay Lethal just changed attires in freaking May. There was no way they would be able to change the attire at all. Jesus.

Velvet is absolutely perfect, best diva figure Jakks have produced and I'd say its one of their finest figures they've produced. Lethal also is brilliant, Morgan is basic but the figure is flawless. Sting is ok but a removable coat please, Nash isn't needed and Shark Boy is ok but I'd much rather a Wolfe/Douglas Williams figure before him.

I'll find a way to B**** about it. i dont mind Sting in a jacket, that would be great, but why cant they give him a real jacket that you can take off, now that would have been awesome. and also they used a undertaker ruthless jacket, which is also to short.
Glad the knockouts are in deluxe instead of ruthless
