-Show started with Teddy Long and Vickie Guerrero addressing the WWE universe about Mr Mcmahons condition and Teddy Long preceded to address he now had 100% power over Smackdown; Drew Mcyntire interupted them and preceded to do the usual "Unfair treatment" yada yada. Teddy countered with announcing Matt Hardy was now off suspension and Drew now had a match with Hardy.

-1st match was Big Show vs Jack Swagger. Big Show won after Swagger got disqualified for applying an ankle hold for too long after Show reached the ropes. Jack Swagger seems to adopted Kurt Angle's ankelock right down to the positions Kurt Angle will put his opponents in it. After the match Show was helped to the back

-Next was a 6 on 6 Tag match between Dolph Ziggler,Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer against MVP,Christian and Kofi Kingston. Christian won after hitting a Killswitch on Curt Hawkins. Crowd popped really loud for Dolph Ziggler surprisingly.

-Kane cut the casket promo in the back that he's usually been cutting lately swearing he'll put CM Punk in the casket by nights end.(Kane faced CM Punk in a No Disqualification match)

-Up next was Matt Hardy vs Drew Mcintyre; Match was long and well fought. Matt Hardy looked to mean buisness and won after a Twist of Fate. After the match Teddy Long appeared on the Titantron and announced that he has found out Drews Visa from Scottland had expired and preceeded to fire him from the company. After a couple men in suits came out while Drew was throwing a fit and escorted him to the back.

-Cody Rhodes proceeded to come out and cut a promo telling everyone he was the most handsome man in the WWE and even presented a Divas poll to back it up. He used his rookie Husky Harris as bait for this promo and proceeded to go around and mock the crowd.

-Vickie Guerrero then cut a promo from the titantron with Dolph Ziggler; Dolph is unhappy with his relationship with Vickie and says he is now expecting gold. He demands an IC title match or better and leaves her to her thoughts.

-Next up is Rosa Mendes vs Kelly Kelly w/ Tiffany. Rosa Mendes now does this weird thing where she jumps rope before the match which made no sense at all. Lay-cool w/ Kaval came out to do commentary for the match. Kelly Kelly won after getting Rosa Mendes to stop jumping rope and hit her with a K-2. Thats it. That was the whole match. Kelly Kelly then grabs the jump-rope and throws it at Lay-cool. Lay-Cool gets up and....nothing happens. Ya......

-Next is Kane vs CM Punk. CM Punk came out alone with no Serena/Luke Gallows and the match never even took place in the ring(if at all there was no bell rung) Kane immediately attacked Punk and fought around ringside. Luke Gallows and The masked stranger came out while Punk was losing and proceeded to attempt to Triple team Kane. After a short beatdown Kane got the upperhand and beat down all 3(even putting Luke Gallows through a table) while Punk attempted to leave through the crowd. Kane followed after and wound up putting CM Punk through the souvenir stand and multiple tables. Punk then proceeded to leave the arena through the front door and walk off into the night without Kane following and thats where I'm assuming the Televised show cut off.

-The main event turned out to be Big Show vs Jack Swagger in a Steel Cage match. Many of us were wondering where the cage was during the night only to find out they put a smaller cage together in about 5 minutes piece by piece from the back. I've never seen or heard of this method before but it was innovative nontheless. Big Show won after hitting Jack Swagger with a Choke Slam; its also worth note Show was limping the whole time and had his foot bandaged through the match. I dont know if this is a work or not but he sold it well.

What the f-ck is wrong with this company? I knew this would happen. They HATE guys they that made a name for themselves elsewhere. I'm willing to bet that if CM Punk didn't get the massive pop at the hammertime and wasn't a good example for kids, he would have debuted on one of these shows with a name like "Brook Phillips". F-ck my butt, WWE.

Long says it's been a whirlwind past couple of weeks, then announces that at next month's WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event, there will be an eight-man Money in the Bank Ladder Match, with the winner being able to cash in the briefcase for a future shot at the World Heavyweight Championship at any time of their choosing. As Vickie begins to speak (amidst a huge amount of boos), she is interrupted by the arrival of Drew McIntyre, who immediately confronts Long and threatens him. Long told McIntyre that SmackDown was Long's show, then announced that he had reinstated Matt Hardy. Long then announced Hardy vs. McIntyre for later tonight.

*Kane vs. CM Punk in a No Disqualification Match is announced for later in the show.

*After the official show opening, Big Show came down to the ring. Jack Swagger then came out and said that he is protesting the way he was treated at WWE Fatal 4 Way. Swagger then announced that he is exercising his rematch clause and will face Rey Mysterio for the World Heavyweight Championship at WWE Money in the Bank.

*Big Show defeated Jack Swagger by disqualification after Swagger refused to release an ankle lock on him, despite Show getting to the ropes. After the match, Show was led to the back by several referees.

*Video footage of last week's match between Curt Hawkins and Vance Archer vs. Christian and MVP is shown

I was at the tapings, here's the rest of the results, though they may not be in order:

Dark Match: Finlay defeats Tyler Reks.

Smackdown Superstars matchups:

JTG defeats Croft (or maybe it was Barreta, I missed the introductions at the beginning of the match)

Luke Gallows defeats Chris Masters

Smackdown:

Theodore Long announces that due to Mr. McMahon still suffering from the attack on Monday, Long now has complete control over Smackdown. Long immediately reinstates Matt Hardy despite McIntyre's complaints, and states that Drew will face Hardy later. Vickie actually seemed to be siding with Teddy and disgusted with McIntyre.

Jack Swagger defeats Big Show by DQ. During the match, Swagger kayfabe injured Show's left leg, and would not break a submission hold on it after Show grabbed the ropes. After the match, Show fell three times as he was trying to get out of the ring due to the injury.

Christian, MVP and Kofi Kingston defeat Dolph Ziggler, Vance Archer and Curt Hawkins. Christian pins Dolph for the win. Later on in the show Dolph demands that Vickie gets him an Intercontinental Title shot, or their relationship is over.

Matt Hardy defeats Drew McIntyre: Pretty long match with Hardy getting the pinfall. After the match, Long comes up on the screen and states that he's discovered that McIntyre's work visa is up, and directs security to escort him out of the building in order to ship him back to Scotland.

Kelly Kelly defeats Rosa Mendes: Extremely short match, with Laycool at ring and Tiffany at ringside for Kelly. After the match, Laycool almost gets into the ring to attack Kelly Kelly, but end up retreating to the back after Tiffany gets into the ring.

At some point Cody Rhodes cuts a promo saying how the Divas had voted him the most handsome star in the WWE, and that he should now be referred to as the "dashing" Cody Rhodes, which he repeats about 10 times. Extremely annoying promo.

Main Event of Kane and CM Punk never began as Kane immediately attacked Punk when he entered the ring. Extremely long brawl ensues, with Gallows, Serena and the Masked SES member aiding Punk. Eventually Kane knocks out Gallows and masked guy, and chases Punk through the crowd out the front of the arena. Punk eventually escapes through the front door of the building, running through the streets of Manchester in nothing but his ring attire.

Rey Mysterio did not appear throughout the entire show.

It did, but he kinda wore it out after repeating it 10 times in a row. He did get a lot of heat for the promo though.

Also, forgot to mention, there was a video of Alberto Banderas (Dos Caras Jr) sitting in a home talking about honesty or something. Didn't pay much attention to it, nor did anyone else in the audience.

I'm guessing they'll make a storyline out of Rey not being there by Kane or Undertaker having something to do with it. At least I hope so. Otherwise, they ed up big time.

Just read this after reading Slappy's comment above, and McIntyre's visa was not expired due to him losing the match. Teddy stated that he had done some investigating and discovered that Drew's visa had expired, him finding that out had nothing to do with the match results.

The visa process is a long drawn out process, how are they going to get him back in time for next week's Smackdown?

Sounds like A good smackdown but I hate the Teddy Long/Drew McIntyre storyline now (got stale fast) and the visa thing just makes it worse.

Also Rey not being there is pretty damn odd unless its worked into A storyline with Kane.
