I just started collecting these figures I got Flair and Sting MOC for 10 dollars. The are the unposeable ljn type figures. I did a search and found no thread on these. Does anyone else on here collect them. There not very detailed but I still like them. Could anyone tell me if there were any rare figures from the line or if a ring was produced.

I think there was a ring, but I'm not completely sure. Try searching it on ebay.
I have a couple of them as well (2 versions of Sting) and I love them because of their nostalgic feel!

I used to have three tag team packs MOC (Bobby Eaton & Steven "William" Regal, Hulk Hogan & Randy Savage, Nasty Boys). I loved them, but I eventually decided to sell on eBay (not that they're worth anything major... I just wanted the space back, I guess).
I liked them, though.

There is a ring. It was re-released as the ECW ring btw.
There are not many really expensive rare figures in the line. The error 'black' Jimmy Hart come to mind, but that's about it.
Even the Blue Bloods that were made exclusively for spam don't sell for more than $ 15 or so.

The rare MOC figures from this line were: Series 1 "Black" Jimmy Hart Series 1 Flair w/blue trunks Series 1 Sting w/green trunks Series 3 Booker T w/red outfit Series 3 Stevie Ray w/red outfit scarce MOC : Series 1 Jerry Sags w/tattoo Series 1 Brian Knobs w/tattoo If I ever have enough free time, I'll do an article on this line. Sadly I talked about doing the same thing with WCW Galoobs a while back as well. I'll make sure I'll get to the San Francisco line first, as it'll take less time to do. Cross your fingers guys and gals!

All I have is the ring with sounds and cage. Comes with Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair. Kept it MIB.

I really liked these when they came out and have a pretty extensive collection MOC. The rare ones I've seen and have in my collection are Ric Flair series one in light blue trunks (I found two of that one at a K-Mart store once and never saw them again) and the Nasty Boys on single card with tattoos. I never heard of the "black" Jimmy Hart. What's that all about? I never saw that ring with the figures. That's pretty cool.

if they would stuck with these ljn style figures it would've been great...i have no idea why they resorted to the awful vibrating figures and in the last run the smaller action feature ones. the mini figures were kinda cool but still looked horrible. it seemed like they just lost direction.

I agree with you. Figures of guys like Nash, Hall, Buff, and some of the other members of the nWo would've been nice. What they made with the vibrating wrestlers and the smaller, poorly done articulated figures really lacked quality and killed the line.

Loose Nasty Boys w/tattoos are common, as they were available this way in the Series 1 tag team set. The tail end of the 1st Series saw single carded Nastys w/tattoos.

Okay, that's interesting. Apparently someone overseas thought it was Johnny B. Badd in street clothes.

I like the OSFTM WCW figures also. I don't have many though. I only have 1 Moc Alex Wright, which I recently got from Highspots. I have some other loose I bought when they came out though. I have nWo Hogan, Macho Man, and The Giant, from like the last series of the rubber OSFTM until they started making those WCW figures with the button on the side you'd push and it rumble... Never got why they made those figures...

I had Sting autograph the series 1 figure I had MOC, when I met him when at Planet Hollywood. I was 10 at the time and I think the year was 1994. I still have it, and the promo he signed. Macho man too.

The first OSFTMs (1994) were just a bit smaller than LJNs and also rubber posed figs. Galoobs (1990) are Hasbro-size rubber posed figs.
