Two things I noticed in these pics besides the figure & video packs (first time I have ever seen those):
1) Does the figure Tommy Dreamer is holding have the "EC F'N W" design on his T-shirt or are my eyes deceiving me? That design was never released, for obvious reasons.
2) The ring & cage set has a Taz figure instead of the Sabu the released version came with. Also, the RVD in the ring & cage set has the Series 1 singlet design instead of the exclusive red singlet that was eventually released with that set.
Very interesting. Thanks Stom.

These figs were decent, I still have the Taz. I remember they came with stickers too.

They had better action figures than the WWF at the time!

I used to trade those figures to a tape trader for ECW and puro videos. He couldn't find them in his area and would send me 5 or 6 videos per figure I could get him
he ended up with every figure and the ring set, and I spent the better part of a year watching about 100 videos...

I never knew they were considering figure + video packs. Kind of hilarious. I can't imagine what they could possibly put on there that wouldn't offend parents.

Wow... very interesting that they would even bother making a proto with that T-shirt design, because they had to know it wouldn't fly in retail.
I wonder if that is a special proto they made just for Tommy or something? Hmmm....

I just won a lot of 31 loose ECW figures for $60 on Ebay. Pretty good deal, IMO. cgi.EBAY LINK NOT ALLOWED/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=300106189765

Awesome! Thanks! I was lucky enough to get the entire line thanks to this cool stock guy at the local TRU. He would hold the case and call to say they were in. Too bad they stopped making figs before we got a Roadkill...

I had all of these at one itme. They were def my favorite to play with for the time. Sad thing was I was 20 when these were out. Any ways I was hoping to see the Road Kill proto again. It is out there some where in cyber space.
