 CROWN CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLINGHello, and welcome to the official chat/news thread of Crown Championship Wrestling. This thread will feature segments, discussion, and important announcements. Feel free to comment and chat about the latest C2W happenings. Pro Wrestling hall of famer, Jerry "the King" Lawler founded Crown Championship Wrestling in 2009. After the fall of AWF and Cpw, two companies Lawler backed financially, Lawler decided to make his own company. He salvaged some talent from AWF and Cpw. He even managed to hire the owner of the American Wrestling Federation, Jamal J Good. Crown Championship Wrestling catapulted to the top, crushing Vince McMahon's World Wrestling Entertainment. The company folded, giving Lawler complete control of the professional wrestling market. The demise of WWE allowed for lower name (and far superior) federations to emerge from the ashes. Lawler reached out to Vince, asking him to jump on the C2W bandwagon. McMahon refused, but Lawler convinced Vince's son in the process. Shane McMahon was appointed General Manager of Crown Champion Wrestling, to the chagrin of his father. ____________________________________________________ |

Filling you in on the latest Crown Championship Wrestling news and events.
Crown Championship Wrestling, in preparation for WF Forums' Aftershock, held a press conference this afternoon. Here's what went down.
RESULTS
-Shane McMahon's huge Aftershock announcement was quickly interrupted by C2W founder, Jerry the King Lawler, who made an announcement of his own.
-Jerry Lawler informed the fans that he already had something in mind for Aftershock, an Elimination Chamber match for the C2W Championship.
-Heated after being cut off, Shane tried to pounce on Lawler, but was restrained by the evening's host, Jamal J Good.

At AFTERSHOCK, C2W World Champion, Ken Kennedy will defend his championship in the Elimination Chamber. The contestants include Sylvester Terkay, Lance Storm, William Regal, Chris Jericho, and Vladimir Koslov.

lol thank you for all of the support guys. i should have another segment up later tonight, and i would like to ge a show done in the next 3 days. if i work hard today, i may be able to post a show this week. once again thanks for the comments

i loved season one of c2w. everything just clicked in my opinion. idk about season 2 thus far. kennedy defending the title inside of the elimination chamber is sort of random, but it kind of makes sense due to the stip for your aftershock match. WHAT THE HAPPENED TO YOUR RA LANCE STORM FIGURE!? i'd rather see this match being built up and at a season ending ppv, but whatever. i'm hoping kennedy retains. |

while i respect your opinion, kc. i am rather happy with the second season of C2W. While I do make shows for the fans, I also do it for my own enjoyment. Hopefully you'll be convinced in the coming weeks.

Hey, nothing wrong with using TTL figures!
Looks very good so far. I'm especially interested in the Elimination Chamber playset that you'll use. I tried to hunt down the one produced by Jakks but could find only one on amazon, for a horrendous price (I believe it was 200+ Dollar).

wow that is a ridiculous price. i am not using the real scale chamber, but the one i am using works rather well. thank you for your support. i love TTL figures btw. their attires have so much more detail. anyway, thanks and i hope you enjoy the rest of the season.

As I was looking for the EC on the internet, it sounded to me as if it was a very rare and coveted item, thus the price. How's the situation in reality? Are you still coming across the Jakks EC in Toystores and what is / was the price? It's really hard to get anything except the Jakks figures here overseas.

SM, I haven't seen a jakks eliminate chamber (real scale or original) in a while. I guess that is why it was so pricey. But I didn't think it was that sought after.
Thanks for the support Money Made! (I'm sure you'll change your name again very soon lol) i am glad you are anxious for the chamber match. i am as well! =)

THE SPILL caught up with Johnny "Star" Stamboli (as he now calls himself). We asked about his thoughts on the Great Khali, the man he defeated at Regal Requiem. Here is what he had to say.
RESULTS
-Stamboli introduced his new persona, Johnny "Star" Stamboli.
-He then claimed that Khali would never be the same after what he did to him at Regal Requiem.
-A referee then entered the frame and informed Stamboli that Khali was still under contract, and he may very well face him again.

During a C2W House Show in Atlanta Georgia, all hell broke loose in the stands between members of PURE, Eric Bischoff's anarchic league of pro wrestlers, and C2W superstars, wrestlers who have been PURE's targets over the past few weeks. And of course THE SPILL was there to catch it all.
RESULTS
-Earl Hebner disqualified both AJ Styles and Sylvester Terkay after their match got out of hand.
-After the two brawled in the audience, the rest of PURE appeared and pummeled Terkay
-Soon after, Kevin Nash, Shawn Michaels, and The Big Show came to Terkay's aid.
-The brawl continued until each C2W officials intervened
