Loved it. Unexpected and shocking. Considering 2001 was a boring year for Taker, he really picked it up with his heel turn at the end of the year.

totally unexpected.I was effin stunned.right up there for me with HHH at WM15 and Hogan in 96. I believe it was set about because HHH was set to return as a face,so they turned Taker to even things out a bit.it was a good move IMHO it did however put a crimp in Vinnies plan for the NWO feud which was meant to be Austin/Hogan UT/Nash Rock/Hall wouldnt have mattered anyway since Nash hurt himself twice between feb and may 2002

I wish I was 11 years old and couldn't see heel turns coming from miles away again. LOVED heel 'Taker. November 2001 through to about June/July 2002 was my favourite period of his.

I liked heel Undertaker but it does make me laugh to hear Taker tell McMahon to "drop his pants". that would be the last thing you ever would want to hear if you were with Taker!
