Jeff Hardy is expected to appear on Monday's TNA Impact television show. He filmed sit-down interview segments in Orlando a few weeks back for a promotional video that the company produced, and is expected to appear in person on Monday's live show.
Powell's POV: It's surprising to hear he's slated to appear on the television show if only because he has another court date scheduled for March 17. There were questions as to whether the company would wait until his legal issues were resolved. No word yet on what his actual role on the show will be. The last time we saw him, he was paired with Shannon Moore

Makes sense to use him for a possible ratings boost I guess, even if his legal issues aren't cleared up.

As much as I love Jeff, I wont be watching. I wouldnt sweat it. Considering the fact that Jeff is still taking indy bookings, I am guessing he still has yet to sign with TNA. I wont say its impossible, but I am guessing its highly unlikely. UNLESS, he is still doing just an appearance.

TNA talent is able to take indy bookings (most through TNA) as long as A.) They're not being used on a TV show (Ring of Honor) or B.) They're not appearing on national released DVDs.

From what I read there is a contract wating for Jeff once (and if) he gets his legal issues sorted out, so technically he is not with the companay at the moment, so he can take any bookings he wants.

As of right now, I do not have to go through TNA to book Jeff.

They should promote him kinda like the way they did with Hogan. Hes like the most popular superstar around and the ratings will shoot up when he shows up.

That is good but I doubt it will do much to get them above 1.0.
I'm thinking a repeat of 1.0 or a 1.1.
