Hey, I'm sure a few of you noticed by now, that I am no longer the MOD of the Classic section.  Oh well, it was a nice run while it lasted. For what I've been saying on here over the years, I'm simply AMAZED that I lasted as long as I did. I NEVER asked to be MOD and I NEVER wanted to be MOD. I just remember coming on here one day a few years back and noticed that I was MOD out of the blue. It certainly shocked me, that's for sure. If I remember correctly, the previous MOD was some guy named ThePerfectOne or something like that. He just kind of disappeared and then I was MOD. I suppose I did enjoy having that little bit of "extra power", if you can call it that, but it was nothing special really. At the end of the day, all I really wanted to do was just come on here and make some posts. That's it. I don't care about being MOD or whatever. That stuff doesn't matter to me in the least. I know I'm not the most likeable guy around here, but that's the way it goes. Like me or hate me, it didn't bother me either way. So, whomever they appoint to be the new MOD of the classic section, I wish them luck and I hope they have fun like I did. |

is "MOD" always spelled in caps? I thought so. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. I'm not really sure. That's the way I always did it. |

Nice run as Mod, Mr. Old School. If he agrees to stay, I nominate Alec Baldwin for the new Classics Board Mod. Good idea, I still think his HBK youtube tribute post was one of the best i've ever seen, Alec Baldwin is a wise man, very level headed. He's quite frankly over-qualified for the position. Mr. Old School was a very good mod though. |

It was odd not seeing your name in green. I think you've been mod about as long as Ive been here. Ive never had a problem with you and always enjoyed this side of the board. Honestly this is the board Ive always wanted to be the MOD of. I frequent it daily in hopes for something new. Sadly though, I know Ill never be the MOD. Even when Half of the other mods and 1 Admin would probably vouch for me

First of all, you need 1,000 or more posts, have been here for more than 1 year, and never had a warning bar. Those are the essencials, though I think for the classics board you should have some knowleged, be active, and I think having the support of the person who used to be the mod would help, though those last things are me just guessing. |

Funny how some members are mods of certain boards for years with very little input, yet you're forced out when you contribute here on a near-daily basis. i can name 4 off the top of my head that have absolutely no reason to be in position of mod but because they are "in" or just complete and total suck ups they got the green stars |
