Why all of sudden did the Warlord from 1989 become the one with the shortest time in the Rumble when for years Bushwacker Luke from 1991 was the one who was said to have the shortest time before Santino broke it last year?

I think it was always said that Warlord held the record, but they called it the Bushwhacker record because they never lasted long in a Rumble Match.

I think it was always said that Warlord held the record, but they called it the Bushwhacker record because they never lasted long in a Rumble Match. I think this is correct. |

In 92 Monsoon said Luke had the record for shortest time. Im also convinced though that the times are not accurate. Not everyone enters exactly 2 minutes apart. I personally think either Flair or Backlund still holds the record for longest time in the Rumble

Also when Jerry Lawler got thrown out right after he entered in 1997 Vince said he might have broken Luke's record.

Lawler was in longer then Luke as he tried to sneak up on Bret. Also with the entry times it did chance a few times over the years, i remeber how the 1995 Rumble was really short.

I know that but back then Luke had the record but now all of a sudden Warlord has the record even though Warlord was from 89 and Luke was from 91 so how can Warlord break Luke's record if his Rumble was before Luke's. |
