Didn't get to see him wrestle except on Wrestlemania 9 VHS. I always assumed he was better than someone like Great Khali.
How were his days in WCW?

If I recall he had a truly dreadful stretcher match with Sid there But it wasn't really a stretcher match. They announced it as a stretcher match and had a stretcher there, but the match ended by pin fall.

Man, this has been a terrible year for wrestling deaths. Who would've thought a few months after I wrote this article, we would lose Lance Cade, Luna Vachon, Kanyon, Jack Brisco, Ludvig Borga, Bastion Booger and now The Giant Gonzalez. It is so depressing being an old-school fan because SO many of the guys and ladies I grew up watching are gone.... I feel ya. Its like part of our childhood or early-adult life died a little bit.
