Got some pretty nice work there Jurassic Parky. Very vibrant coloring. Thanks pal. Palmer's Cocoa Butter always seems to make my tattoos 'pop', highly recommend! Just been for a sitting yesterday, will put a couple of pics up when it's settled down a bit.

how would you compare getting a tattoo to? Like on your forearm?

I'd answer your question, but I don't have one on my forearm. However tattoos don't hurt too bad, even if they do, they only fill a little bit in at a time so it's not a constant pain.

how would you compare getting a tattoo to? Like on your forearm? It's really it's own kind of pain. If you're afraid of pain, don't get a tattoo. Although its totally worth it, you have to keep in mind that you haven't only asked your artist, but you've paid them to give you what you've asked for. And part of what you asked for is the pain. It's not that bad (although getting my elbow done hurt worse than a novacaine shot into my jaw last week) and it doesn't last forever, so relax. You'll be fine.

And nice work, Foc. Very vibrant. I'd have thought the stars and such would be added in much later to get the most use can out of the room you have, but you're like " it, tie this sh*t together now." Looks good.

I uh, I haven't had any work done in a really long time, not since last summer. I keep blowing money on comics... it's a hell of a terrible habit. Anyway, HOPEFULLY this Tuesday I'll be getting a small Casey Jones (TMNT), and a traditional lightning bolt (taken from the "Boltie" costume of Ellen Page in the movie Super)... also, I plan to get my fingers touched up. I'm also due for a raise at work my boss claims is supposed to come through really soon. So when that kicks in, I'm going to talk to someone about finally doing my "True Romance" Tiger Army piece, and starting my Saint Deadpool piece I really want done. And I still have my heart set on some other ink, like Rick Grimes (cover art from TWD #61), and Krang. So many things I want, not nearly enough money. Really digging all of the ink I've been checking out since my last post in this thread. You guys are putting me to shame. ers.

Looks good. meh, the birdy already had stars behind it, and there wouldn't be enough room for anything in between the 'fly and bird anyway.

Somehow, even at 21 (nearly 22), I still don't have a single thing to contribute to this thread tattoo-wise. Still not sure how the that's happened. Just need to find a reputable (and at least semi-local) artist and scrounge up some money for it. The problem is I'm like in love with really bold, colorful ones--and those definitely aren't cheap. Plus, I can easily see myself with full sleeves at some point down the line--so there'd definitely need to be some serious planning involved. Still not sure how the Punk's came together so seamlessly. Gotta start somewhere.

Gonna hold off a few days because my boss wants to go get something with me. SOOOOOOOOO EXCITED. GET SOME INK BRUDDAH!

Few months old now but i've never contributed to this thread so thought this would be the piece to do it with. The design was made by myself using pieces of art from the Batman: Year One graphic novel as drawn by David Mazzucchelli.

Love seeing new people contributing.
Nice work El Luchador. I'd like to see a newer picture not that the ink has settled.
