Wow! I haven't been into wrestling for a while. I'm getting back into it now. This is my first Smackdown in a bout a year. I've got a few questions based on tonight's episode. If you'd fill me in, I'd be grateful.
John Morrison: is he a face now?
Who is R-Truth? Is he K-Kwik? He seems to be pretty over.
How many times has Punk won the title? On the show, he said he was going to go for his fourth. Is that right?
Where's Santino? He on Raw? I haven't seen Raw in like a year, just wondering. he wasn't on this past week.
What's the deal with Dirk Ziggler or whatever his name is... was he from Spirit Squad?
Finally, who in the heck is this Drew Mcintyre guy? He came out of nowhere, eh? Seems boring to me.
Oh, does CM Punk usually wrestle with those nipple rings on or what the heck? Seems dangerous.
Anyway, thanks, if you can help. I watched Raw, ECW, TNA, and Smackdown this week (for the first time in a loooonnnnnggg time), and I've got to say Smackdown was the best! I was really drawn to it. Very exciting story lines. Punk is the man. ECW was my second favorite show. Raw was near the bottom. Is that odd? I used to love Raw; used to be my number one wrestling show. Not anymore, I guess.

It was so epic to see "The Holy Trinity" of Edge, Jericho and Punk in the ring together. 3 of the best, if not THE best mic men in the business.

Once in 2008 from Edge and twice in 2009 from Jeff Hardy. *Santino has never been on SD, always on Raw since his 2007 debut. *Yes Dolph was Nicky from The Spirit Squad. He has gotten a lot better though. *I actually like McIntyre but I agree he sure was just given the IC belt after Ziggler was denied 5 or so times..  *I never noticed Punk's nipple rings..  I don't know why he would wrestle with them on.. I hope that helped! I have never had a wwe drough where I missed a long period of time but I guess if you were gone for a year a lot has changed. |

The Dolph/Rey match was awesome as always. I really like his counter to Rey's springboard body splash. They really need to reconsider not pushing Ziggler. He should for sure win the IC title in a couple of months but most likely after a face beats Drew..

Really solid show, good stuff all around. This felt like a proper post Rumble show, which I felt was lacking from Raw.
Most of the qualifying matches were solid, and I was even interested in the Batista scenario, which says something, considering I find him to be the most boring individual on the roster.
Very glad Jericho was in the Chamber, and seems like the only other logical winner should the title change hands. It REALLY looks like they're working toward Edge/Jericho for Mania at this point, which couldn't be any more awesome.
Smackdown's Chamber match looks awesome, too. I'd rather see someone other than R-Truth in there, but no big deal.

Did seem weird that after everything batista went through with ripping rey's head off because he cost him the WHC that batista would just walk away from another chance at it, but hopefully they explain why he did it to build up how much he wants cena or something instead.

Anyone else notice the blonde in the front row shown clapping after jomo won was the same girl that was seated next to jericho on the RAW after TLC when big show gave him a ticket?
