batman - streets of gotham 14 avengers 3
hafta go back tommorow for the motherload.
oh, joe, as for sweets: it's good, not too much but the premise given in the first so i'd say the best is yet to come but it's definetly set up in a classic detective format, the characters are built excellently and the art really helps do so. i'd say check it out, it's gonna get pretty good next issue.

Amazing Spider-Man 638 New Mutants 15 Thunderbolts 146 X-Factor 207 Secret Avengers 3 Uncanny X-Men 526
Missed a couple in X-Men Legacy and Avengers, but oh well. I can see the criticisms in ASM's OMIT, but it didn't bother me that much. Love the changes in art direction. Promising start to New Mutants and X-Factor's next arcs. I'm hoping X-Factor starts staying as a group. Enjoyed Secret Avengers, but I'm going to reread more at the end of the arc, skimmed it.
Loved Uncanny X-Men. So glad the Cyclops/Hope bickering stopped with the one-shot and isn't starting back up. Looking forward to the entire Five Lights arc...should be some good stories, particularly between Cyke and Wolvie.
But my book of the week had to be the Thunderbolts. I LOVE the new direction. I'm not exactly sure where they're going yet, but I'm really getting into each of the character's unique perspectives on this team.

Oh that's weird, I kinda thought it was strange that they've had the comic every other week but this one.

whats officer down all about? It's about this big beefy police officer (Officer Downe) who's whole purpose in life is to serve the law by any means necessary. Here's the kick, he's kept alive by a group of people with the greatest teleknetic powers on the planet, so no matter how bad he gets ed up or dies, these people regenerate his body and bring him back to life to take down more criminals. It's a gory splatterfest and pretty damn funny too. I hope they make it a series.
