Now I am very interested in seeing this 8-man tag on Smackdown since it is a preview to this Sunday's Elimination Chamber PPV, whoever gets the win will have all the momentum going in to the Elimination Chamber.
I also like the direction of Edge-Jericho too, same with Ted DiBiase-Show, as the tag match this Smackdown coming up, should be really exciting
But the Elimination Chamber PPV should be really exciting, I hope it is, really I do, and that we are all in for a shocking PPV
I also like the direction of Billy Kidman, master of the Shooting Star Press, since he beat Sheamus, Kidman looks to be getting a push of some sorts.
Other than that, great story man, this diary is getting 5-star approval out of me now

This post is specifically for the author M.L. Punk, is that you are writing a remarkable and amazing diary man, you really are, and I just wanna say that I am really looking forward to your Smackdown show, as well as your Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, I really am.
Just like the promo "6 Men Will Enter, 5 Will Be Punished, 1 Winner, the rest do not leave the same!" This is looking to be the best PPV of your year, with the Elimination Chamber PPV, I mean, the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber on the RAW side is building up, I mean Legacy 3 members out of the 4 Legacy members are in the Chamber, along with Shawn Michaels who I like now that he is turning heel, then there's HHH, and Kofi, I mean what if it comes down to Orton, Rhodes, and MVP as the final 3 men in the Chamber? I am telling you, they will turn on each other. The Smackdown Chamber to see who will main-event WrestleMania is also looking good, I think Batista or Booker T will win the Chamber.
Rey Mysterio, I think he will beat Punk to make history and once again become World Heavyweight Champion
Jericho-Edge the grudge match is also looking good, I also think once & for all at Mania they will settle it to end their rivalry, then DiBiase-Show, I will look for DiBiase to main-event Mania.
I also like the direction of Billy Kidman, the true master of the Shooting Star Press, not Bourne, but anyways about Kidman since he beat Sheamus, I like the push that you are giving him, perhaps we can see Kidman in Money In The Bank since he is a high-flyer.
But other than all of this, great story, and I expect that all of us readers will be in for a shocking, yet exciting, thrilling PPV

Smackdown: February 19, 2010 Sprint Center: Kansas City, MO
We are welcomed to Smackdown with tons of pyros going off. J.R. and Matt Striker run down tonights big matches that will be going on, especially the main event. World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk and The Hardys make their way down to the ring. Punk speaks to the crowd claiming that these "beer guzzling and lancer poisoning freaks" need to be happy that they have a champion like him, because if he wasn't around, this whole company would be driven to hell by drunken fools running around smacking each other with steel chairs for an entire match. He then takes shots at the old ECW, and says he wishes he was around then to make it better for everybody. He then moves onto later tonight, and claims that here in Missouri he will pin Rey Mysterio tonight, and here in Missouri on Sunday he will pin Rey Mysterio. Mysterio makes his way out to the ramp. He tells Punk that he really needs to shut his mouth because these people and himself are sick of hearing things come out of it. Rey then says he does congratulate Punk on being straight edge, it is a great accomplishment. Here comes the punchline - "But you're still a coward." Punk gets angry at it, and Rey assures him he will be pinning him tonight.
Commercial Break
Loser Leaves Smackdown! Finlay vs Paul Burchill
We return and both men come down to the ring. A quick paced start off, and they each begin to work each other hard. Burchill takes control by taking Finlay to the mat and executing tons of hard submission holds and keeping the veteran down. This hold stays in for a nice while, and Finlay eventually gets up before executing a nice DDT and then some more powerful moves eventually. Both men with good moves on each other for the next couple minutes, Finlay goes for the Celtic Cross but Burchill manages to get himself onto his knees. He pushes Finlay into the referee, which stuns the ref. As he comes back slowly, Burchill hits a low blow. He then rises and hits the C4 and gets the pinfall to send Finlay packing off Smackdown.
Winner of the match: Paul Burchill (8:12) **
After the match, Burchill Curb Stomps Finlay to leave his mark.
We then cut backstage to see Kane step into Paul Heyman's office. He tells him he should be happy to have a true champion here on on Smackdown. Heyman said he would love it if he did, and says win or lose this Sunday, Kane will be defending the Intercontinental Title next week.
Commercial Break
The Great Khali w/Ranjin Singh vs Tyson Kidd w/DH Smith and Natalya
We return for this outsizable match. Kidd works low on Khali, trying to get him down to his own level. This doesn't last long as Khali begins to overpower him. He just completely dominates for a few minutes before starting to get really ramped up. He lifts Kidd for the chokebomb, but Smith comes in from behind and tackles Khali's legs.
Winner via disqualification: The Great Khali (4:02) *1/2
After the match, The Hart Dynasty think they have control over Khali. Smith holds him by the arm as Kidd goes to the top rope. Khali pushes Smith to the mat, and catches Kidd as he jumps off with a chokeslam. He then Khali Chop's Smith, and they get out of the ring leaving Khali dancing in the ring.
We then go backstage to Josh Mathews, and he introduces Beth Phoenix as his guest. He asks the Women's Champion what he thinks about her getting a contender for her title tonight. She says she has a lot of respect for Maria, but she wouldn't mind seeing Michelle win again so that she could smash that 'pretty little face' into the mat once more.
Commercial Break
Non-Title Match Unified Tag Team Champions Jerishow vs Ted DiBiase and Edge
We return for our first hour main event. We reviewed Monday's swap matches before this got under way. DiBiase and Jericho started with Striker putting over DiBiase's upset over Y2J. They each swing momentum back and forth between each other for a couple minutes, with Jericho almost packing in the victory early after a Lionsault. Edge was eventually tagged in, and literally chased Jericho away into tagging in Big Show. This led to Edge and Show going at it for a while, and Show continiously overpowering him. Edge never really backed down though, and eventually he got the tag and they double teamed a bit. Ted fought some himself, not doing much to his opponent this Sunday, but almost taking him down at one point. Edge made the tag in and began to work Show after Ted was thrown out by him. They have lots of back and forth blows with each other, and Edge even hits a spear. This doesn't take Show down, but only stuns him. Jericho made a blind tag and rolled Edge up for the win well he was still paying attention to Show.
Winners of the match: Jerishow (13:32) ***
After the match, the Unified Tag Team Champions celebrated their victory. However, DiBiase began to distract Show on the outside, which caused Jericho to try and get involved. He backed off after Show yelled at him, only to walk into Edge's spear. He got out of the ring and him and DiBiase had the last laugh.
Commercial Break
We return after the Chamber ad and Women's Champion Beth Phoenix has made her way down towards the ring.
#1 Contenders Match to the Women's Championship Michelle McCool w/Layla vs Maria
This match ends up with slow action for the first minute, before Maria shockingly takes control early on. She hits some overall surprisingly smooth moves, but McCool hits a cheap kick to the side when the referee pulled them a part from each other. We eventually have a cat fight, but instead of hair pulling we have clubs to the back of the head. Things begin to go from smoth to messy. Both women getting in some momentum to continue things, and Maria almost gets the victory. However, she gets caught up in the moment of it, and McCool distracts the referee well Layla gets in and kicks her in the face. As she exits the ring, Phoenix goes after her to scare her off. Back in the ring though, McCool hits the Faith Breaker to get the victory.
Winner of the match: Michelle McCool (7:53) **
After he win, McCool celebrates wildly. Beth gets into the ring behind her. She drops the Women's Title and lifts her for the Glam Slam. However, Layla comes back into the ring, and Beth turns her attention to her. However, she gets double teamed by 'Team LayCool'. Michelle raises the Women's Title claiming it is hers, and throws it on top of Beth.
Our Main Event is next!
Commercial Break
8-Man Elimination Chamber PPV Preview Tag Team Match Match World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, Intercontinental Champion Kane, Drew McIntyre, & Batista vs Rey Mysterio, Rob Van Dam, Booker T, & John Morrison
We have all men get down to the ring and the ones who kick things off are RVD and Kane. We have lots of back and forth action between them early on, and some near falls from each before tags go to Drew and John. They have some quick action on each other, and eventually Drew overpowers him. Batista gets tagged in and he works on John himself. He tags Kane back in, and he gets some shots of his own. Then back comes Drew, only for Morrison to begin to fight back quick. He hits a springboard dropkick and manages the hot tag to Rey. He begins to clean house all on his own, and trips Drew in between the ropes. He hits the 619, but Drew slips out of the ring. Rey calls everybody in. Booker and RVD climb the to the top turnbuckles, and all at the same time we have Rey, RVD, Booker, and Morrison dive to the outside and take everybody out.
Commercial Break
We return and things are cleaned up, now having Batista and Booker in the ring. Some scrambling goes on between them, and then Booker gets momentum. It doesn't last long, as Batista overpowers. He gets the tag to Kane, and him and Booker go at it for a little while before Morrison is back in. He begins to work Kane well, and he tags in Rey. He surprisingly gets a lot of work on Kane done. He eventually makes the tag to the World Champion. Him and Rey go at it in a fast pace. Rey eventually hits a huge dropkick, and gets control. Him and Punk continue to go at it, and he hits a huge springboard into a pin. However, both sides of the ring clear out and we have an all out brawl between the 6 Elimination Chamber competitors. After about a minute or so, they all spill to the outside. The referee is trying to maintain order between them. The Hardys are seen running through the crowd, and they get into the ring well the referee is still distracted. They attack Rey from behind before he can hit the 619 on Punk. They hit a double team Twist of Fate before slipping out of the ring and escaping through the crowd again. Punk then picks up the scraps and hooks both of Rey's legs and calls the ref over to get the pinfall.
Winners of the match: World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk, Intercontinental Champion Kane, Drew McIntyre, and Batista (16:37) ***
After the match, Punk acts as if he just won the match cleanly. As the Elimination Chamber participants brawl on the outside, Punk looks around at them and then Rey. He then glares at his World Heavyweight Title and raises it to the Wrestle Mania logo to end Smackdown.

Date: February 21, 2010 Location: Scottrade Center: St. Louis, Missouri
We are welcomed to Elimination Chamber with a promo video hyping tonight's Chamber matches, focusing that this is the last chance to main event WrestleMania 26. We are welcomed to the Pay-Per-View afterward with the theme song, "Uno Mas" by Puddle of Mudd playing.
The pyros hit around the arena as we are welcomed by Smackdown's Matt Striker and Jim Ross, ECW's Todd Grisham and Josh Mathews, and Raw's Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler. They all put over that WrestleMania is just about a month away after this blockbuster event.
Elimination Chamber Match to face the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania 26
- Drew McIntyre makes his way down towards the Chamber first. He gets in and is sent to his chamber. - John Morrison is next to come down towards the Chamber, and gets a great reaction from the crowd. He is sent to his chamber. - Booker T is 3rd, and he gets a pretty decent reaction. He gets to the center of the ring and performs a spinarooni for the crowd before entering his chamber. - Batista is the fourth entrant, and he will be the last to be placed into a chamber. He drew a lot of heat when he entered the chamber. - Rob Van Dam makes his way out to a good pop, probably about the same pop as the crowd gave JoMo. He awaits the final man. - Kane, the final man, makes his way down towards the chamber structure and enters, prepared for this match.
The bell rings. Kane and RVD circle around the ring slowly, before stepping up to each other. RVD hits a few kicks before Kane pushes him away. He goes for a clothesline, but RVD ducks it and hits a spinning wheel kick to the side of the head. He gets back up and delivers a combination of elbows and forearms before Kane hits the big boot to the face. The Big Red Machine picks him up and tosses him into the corner, following it up with tons of vicious uppercuts to the jaw. He sends RVD to the outside. He follows him and yanks him up. He grips hold of the throat, and prepares to throw RVD into the chamber wall. However, he wraps his legs on the ropes. Kane notices it and throws his head down into the steel floor. RVD kicks around in pain. Kane lifts him up and clotheslines him back into the ring. He attempts the pin, but RVD manages to kick out. We see the timer winding down. Kane and RVD both get up as the lights dim and we are left in anticipation of who is next. Out comes Booker T. He gets into the ring and begins to deliver tons of strikes to Kane, and then goes over to RVD. He chops into his chest, and whips him to Kane. He goes for a double clothesline, but then both toss him over the steel floor. This gets RVD and the Intercontinental Champion to fight back and forth again, lasting for about a minute and no real control over each other. Booker eventually intervenes and begins to work with RVD on Kane. They both hit some good moves, and decide to run at Kane together. However, when they do, they are grasped by the throat. The lights dim as they kick their way out of it. We have the 4th entrant about to enter. In comes Drew McIntyre. He gets into the ring and plows Booker down to the mat. He then does so to RVD, and looks at Kane. He backs off, but as soon as Kane turns he clubs on the back. Not the smartest of moves by McIntyre, as Kane grabs him by the throat and drops him with a chokeslam. He doesn't even attempt a pin, and goes back to work against Booker. The match stays slow for a minute and a half or so, and RVD kicks Booker in the back of the head. He then goes to McIntyre, and they go at it a bit. The lights dim once more, and we wait for the 5th man. Into the match is John Morrison, and he hops onto the top turnbuckle and jumps straight to Kane with a dropkick, and sends him to the mat. He follows that up by delivering strikes to RVD, Booker, and lastly McIntyre. However, him and McIntyre begin to get into a scuffle, and he is tossed outside to the hard steel. McIntyre then works hard on RVD. Some fast paced action then kicks in as we have Booker hit a kick to McIntyre's gut, hit the Scissors Kick, RVD hit the Rolling Thunder, and Kane deliver the chokeslam. Morrison then jumps off for a springboard and takes all 3 of them out. He then looks to McIntyre, and delivers a standing moonsault and covers him for the first elimination. Drew McIntyre is eliminated (18:56). Morrison is then worked on by RVD. Nothing spectacular begins to happen and the 4 men just spend time awaiting the last man's entrance into the match. Batista is let out after the lighting. He storms into the ring and spears the hell out of Kane, then Booker, RVD, and then hits a spinebuster on Morrison. He walks over to RVD, and spinebusters him. Then to Morrison again, and delivers a 2nd spinebuster to him. Then to Kane. He walks over to Booker, and prepares to give him one. However, Booker sends a fist up and hits him in the jaw. Booker then shockingly delivers the Book End! He covers Batista for the surprising pinfall. Batista is eliminated (20:47). Batista sits up in complete shock, the referee telling him he needs to get out. He argues, and begins to walk to the ropes. He chooses not to exit just yet, and storms over to Booker and delivers a spear. He isn't finished just yet, and adds to revenge by delivering a Batista Bomb in the middle of the ring. He then exits in satisfaction of what he did. Kane then walks over and makes the easy pinfall. Booker T is eliminated (21:25). We are left with just 3, and Kane walks over to RVD. He yanks him up by the throat and receives tons of kicks to the shoulder and side. He yanks RVD up, and he slips off. However, RVD lands on the outside, and Kane big boots him down to the floor. Morrison gets back behind Kane, and begins to deliver some strikes repeatedly. Kane grabs him by the throat and executes a chokeslam. He attempts the pin, but Morrison surprisingly kicks out. Kane is surprised himself, and rises to his feet. He then yanks Morrison back up to do it again, but RVD comes flying off the top rope with a kick to the jaw. RVD and Morrison then begin to double team on Kane with some quick kicks and punches. Kane then lifts for the double chokeslam, but takes his time with a sick satisfaction smirk on his face. Both men hook hold of his head and drop him with a DDT. RVD gets back up and delivers the Rolling Thunder. Morrison hops onto the top turnbuckle and delivers the Moonlight Drive. RVD then follows that up with the 5 Star Frog Splash to finish Kane. Kane is eliminated (26:11). RVD and Morrison get back to their feet and stare at each other. Morrison hops onto the top rope and motions to the WrestleMania 26 logo. RVD smirks a bit then walks over to the other corner, and climbs up. He delivers the 3 "Rob Van Dam" thumbs, then points to the logo. Morrison smirks back at him, and they circle the ring. They walk back out and lock up, and Morrison pushes him to the corner. He runs for a clothesline, but RVD moves. He hits the spin kick and then hits a huge dropkick. Morrison falls into the corner. RVD then rises and rolls towards the corner, and pops up. He swings a clothesline, but Morrison avoids it. He jumps off the 2nd rope and flies back with a huge DDT off the springboard. Both men are down, and they begin to rise at the same time slowly. RVD walks over and swings a forearm, but Morrison ducks it. He kicks him in the gut and begins to set up for the Moonlight Drive. He is pushed back to the corner, and RVD runs at him and jumps for the side shuffle kick. JoMo moves and RVD gets his leg caught up. Morrison stands up onto the 2nd rope, and delivers Moonlight Drive off of it to a huge pop. He covers him and gets the 3.
Winner of the match: John Morrison (30:55) ****
After the match, Morrison seems in complete shock of his victory. He rises to his feet and climbs to the top rope and taunts once again to Mania. He motions for the World Heavyweight Championship.
We then cut backstage to see the current World Heavyweight Champion, CM Punk, watching the TV screen. He shakes his head and turns to Jeff and Matt Hardy. He tells them that they don't need to worry about helping out tonight, he's got this without them. They ask if he is sure, and Punk says he knows he is.
We transition again, this time to backstage. We see Batista beating down on Booker T once again. He has him down in equipment, and is stomping him. He yells at him he ruined his WrestleMania, and security comes in to split them apart.
ECW Championship William Regal© vs Vladimir Kozlov
We return for the ECW Championship match. The bell rings and the two circle a bit. Kozlov storms off towards Regal, who immediately slips out of the ring. Kozlov shouts at him, and storms to the outside. He chases Regal around the ring a bit, before he is hit with a clothesline. Regal gets in at 6, trying to cause Kozlov to be counted out. However, he gets in at 9. Regal then stomps him before he can get up, but that doesn't last long. Kozlov gets to his feet eventually and begins to strike back hard. Regal wobbles after a few, and then falls straight down. He sits up, and Kozlov boots him straight in the face. He goes for the pin, but Regal manages to throw his arm up. Kozlov then begins to choke him a bit, and the referee has to pull him off well Kozlov is yelling. Regal gets back up against the corner, and Kozlov runs at him. The champion moves out of the way of a big boot, and goes for the roll up. He even puts his feet on the ropes, but Kozlov manages to overpower him off. They each get up, and Regal delivers tons of strikes to the side of the head. They begin to go back and forth for a while, and Kozlov clotheslines Regal over the top rope. He follows after him and yanks him up, only to toss him straight into the Raw announce table. He grabs him by the neck and throws him back into the ring. He shouts loudly, and gets in. Regal gets on his knees, and as Kozlov walks over, he delivers a low blow.
Winner via disqualification: Vladimir Kozlov (7:02) **
Regal stands tall and spits on the fallen Kozlov, before hitting off the ropes and delivering the knee to the jaw. He demands the referee give him his ECW Title, and he raises it tall, placing one foot on Kozlov's chest.
For Ted DiBiase's WrestleMania Match Ted DiBiase vs Big Show
Both men come down to the ring and the bell rings. DiBiase and Show both walk towards the center, and Show overpowers him early on by tossing him into the corner. DiBiase shakes it off and steps back out. This goes on for a minute, Show tossing him to every corner. As he goes for it a 5th time, DiBiase sends his boot up and hits the kneecap. He then begins to work the legs quickly. Early, DiBiase tries to lock his arms around for the Dream Street, incapable of locking his fingers around. Show then plows him into the ropes and delivers a huge big boot. He keeps DiBiase limited to the mat and applies a camel clutch. His fists remain locked around tight. DiBiase is scrambling, and Show has the hold on real good. He has it kept in for over a minute before Ted begins to find any true effort in his movement. He sends his hand out, as they are close to the ropes. He gets his finger tip on it, and Show gets to his feet, yanking DiBiase up as well. He throws him across the ring like a rag doll. He laughs a bit and motions for the chokeslam. He gets distracted by the WrestleMania logo a little, and DiBiase rises. He continues to move his eyes to DiBiase, then the logo. He then grasps Ted by the throat, and yanks him high up for the chokeslam. However, he pulls himself down after elbowing the head repeatedly. He drops to his feet and grabs hold of Show's strap and hits tons of blows to the head. Show goes for the headbutt, and gets Ted in the temple, wobbling him. He shockingly goes for the Knockout Punch, but Ted drops to the mat to avoid it. He pops back up behind Show, and backs to the corner. Show then begins to confront over to him, and DiBiase jumps up and kicks him in the face. He hops onto the 2nd turnbuckle, and delivers a bulldog off of it. He begins to gain momentum on the mat, pounding down on Show. He begins to get to a knee, and DiBiase hits a dropkick to the shoulder. He then rises once more, and manages to find his way to delivering Dream Street surprisingly. He barely managed to get his fingers in, as well. However, Show manages to kick out. DiBiase is enraged and gets to his feet. He stomps down ferociously. He hits off the ropes as Show begins to rise, but is caught by the throat. Show rises with a evil smile, and he talks to DiBiase. He lifts him up high and points to the WrestleMania 26 logo. However, out of nowhere, Ted grabs him by the arm and forces him down to the mat. He then begins to fold the arm in the reverse direction and he bridges his body up. Show begins to shout out in pain, he scrambles around and is incapable of doing anything to assist in getting out of this unique hold and taps out.
Winner of the match: Ted DiBiase (15:27) ***
DiBiase celebrates his upset victory over Show, and is still going to WrestleMania 26. He points to the logo, and motions for the title.
We go backstage and see Paul Heyman walking down a hall. He opens up a door and walks in to Teddy Long and Tiffany. He asks Teddy what the hell he is thinking having John Cena here tonight. He says that Cena should be suspended for what he did, and Long says that Cena had a great proposal that Paul will not want to turn down. He offers him to take a seat, and to sit back and relax well watching the rest of the Pay-Per-View.
John Cena's music hits as we return to the arena. He makes his way down towards the ring and gets on the mic. He claims that the crowd hasn't been the same to him for the past couple years, and he had enough of it 3 weeks ago. He brings back losing the WWE Title and then costing Undertaker his match against CM Punk for the World Heavyweight title. He says he is still going to be proving a point; for himself. He talks about how he started out being a street rapper and coming into the WWE 7 and a half years ago. He says in those 7 plus years, he has become a multi-time World Champion, but has still been disrespected by the crowd and a lot of people in the WWE locker room. He says he came here tonight for one reason, and that's to challenge The Undertaker to a match at WrestleMania 26. He says he doesn't expect 'a coward like The Undertaker' to answer him tonight, so he wants answers by tomorrow. As he begins to exit the ring, the lights go out. They come back on, and Cena anticipates Undertaker to be behind him, and he swings a crazy strike but nobody is there. Pyros hit on each post in the ring, and lightning strikes at the top of the ramp. Cena gets out of the ring and makes his way backstage paranoid.
We go backstage again, this time we see Randy Orton, Cody Rhodes, MVP, and Mark Henry. He tells Cody and MVP to be the best they can be tonight and make sure he walks out the WWE Champion. Mark asks what he can do, and Orton tells him he really can't do anything since he didn't get into the match in the first place. He says he just needs to make sure nobody tries to pull something before the match, and demands Cody and MVP get ready.
Grudge Match Edge vs Chris Jericho
We return to the arena and both men make their way to the ring. They stare each other down as the bell rings. They both talk smack across the ring, before stepping to the center and locking up. Edge pushes him back to the corner, and backs off slowly. Jericho looks angry at him, and walks back out. He does the same to Edge to the opposing side of the ring. They then both get back to the middle of the ring and each trade blows back and forth. Jericho hits an enziguri and tries to pin Edge to end it early but to no avail. They both rise, and Jericho pounds on Edge's neck and back. However, Edge fights back fast. He delivers a hard dropkick and rises back up. He then begins to get into a rhythm of clotheslines, sending Jericho to the mat before he popped right back up. He then clotheslined him right over the top rope and Jericho flies back into the ECW announce table. He glares at Edge, and begins to walk towards the ring again as the referee reaches a count of 6. He gets onto the apron, and looks back to the floor as the ref is at 8. He is about to step down, but Edge walks over and forces him in the ring. He allows him up and delivers strike after strike. He hits off the ropes and returns for a clothesline, but Jericho ducks it. He then attempts a roll up, but Edge kicks out. They both shoot back up and Jericho pokes the eye. He then hits a huge kick into the jaw as Edge leans over, and he hits the Codebreaker! Jericho goes for the pin but Edge manages to kick out surprisingly at 2. This leaves everybody in the arena stunned, and Jericho yanks him back up. He continues to beat down on the head, and goes to lock in Walls of Jericho eventually. However, Edge kicks him off to the corner. He rises again, and Jericho runs over and delivers yet another Codebreaker! Edge is laying out, and Jericho believes he has this one. He covers him and hooks a leg, but Edge manages to get his free foot on the bottom rope. Jericho is really angry now, and drags Edge to the middle of the ring. He goes for the Lionsault, but Edge managed to pull the knees up. Y2J began to flip out a bit and got to his feet in the corner. Edge then followed him and began to work on him. He delivered an Edgacution and laid down to catch his breath. He slowly made his way over to the corner, and got to his feet. He looked around to the crowd, then to Jericho. He leaned a bit and prepared. Jericho began to rise slowly, and Edge ran over to deliver a huge spear! Jericho slammed straight into the mat, and rolls onto his stomach. Edge rolled him back over and covered him. However, Jericho returned the favor and put his foot on the bottom rope. Edge is pissed now, and pulls himself and Jericho up. He begins to strike viciously, and delivers another Edgacution. However, he doesn't go for the pin. He sets up for another spear. As Jericho rises, he uses the referee for assistance. Edge runs over and ends up spearing the ref because of it. Jericho then kicked him straight in the jaw. He motioned up the ramp. Down slowly came Big Show. He got into the ring, and Edge began to get up. He pushed Jericho away then walked straight into a Knockout Punch by Show. Jerishow celebrated, and Jericho covered Edge. Show got out of the ring and walked out from the side of the ramp. Down come running is Charles Robinson. He makes the count, sort of slowly, the crowd screaming for Edge to kick out. It doesn't do any good and Jericho picks up the win.
Winner of the match: Chris Jericho (19:10) ***
Jericho celebrates his cheap victory, and mocks Edge with his Unified Tag Title. He spits in his face and exits the ring well having a cocky smile across his face.
We go backstage to the General Managers again. Heyman is saying that is how you put on a match, bragging to Teddy and Tiffany. Teddy mentions that Big Show got involved and pretty much ruined the whole thing for him personally. Heyman tells him to shut up, and recommends Big Show to come over to Smackdown if Teddy doesn't like it. He tells him no thanks, he doesn't like doing business with pieces if trash. Heyman is really offended and storms out.
World Heavyweight Championship CM Punk© vs Rey Mysterio
We go down to the arena and have Punk and Mysterio come down to the ring. The bell rings and they each stare each other down. Punk walks up and mocks the height difference. In return, Mysterio kicks him in the back of the leg to bring him to the same level. He then returns with tons of punches over and over again, and eventually getting Punk to the mat. He goes for an early senton off the top rope, but Punk manages to move out of the way. He then locks in an early Anaconda Vice. Rey begins to scramble, incapable of finding a way out. However, he does so in unique fashion. He rolled his legs up over his head and got to his feet holding Punk's arm, and rolled him through into a small package. Punk kicks out at 2 just barely. They end up rising to their feet again and begin to go back and forth quickly. Punk lifts for the GTS, but Rey slips off. He then delivers strikes over and over again and hits a low dropkick, then a high one, and Punk falls out of the ring. He looks like he landed bad, but gets back up. Mysterio dives through the ropes and onto Punk, sending them both into the barricade. They eventually rise, and Mysterio gets Punk in the ring. He climbed up onto the top turnbuckle and dove off at Punk, only to be caught by the legs and put into a single leg Boston Crab. Punk yanked back far on his bad leg and Rey scrambles. He reaches out to the ropes, but is so far away. He pulls his elbows under his chest and forces himself across the ring slowly. Punk shakes his head 'no' trying to keep him away. However, Mysterio gets his way over quickly after a fast spurt. Punk quickly noticed and dragged him back, only to be kicked away. Rey hops up and hits low kicks rapidly. A hurricanrana, hanging him up between the ropes. Rey then hits the 619, and sends Punk flying. He delivers the springboard crossbody, and hooks both legs. Only a 2 count shockingly. Rey is desperate now, and yanks Punk up. He delivers another hurricanrana and drops Punk to the ropes again. He goes for the 619 but this time his legs are caught. Punk keeps hold of the legs, and Rey is holding the ropes for life. However, the World Champion manages to pry him off and lifts him onto his shoulders. Punk drops him with the GTS and covers Rey for the 3.
Winner and still World Heavyweight Champion: CM Punk (14:45) ***1/2
After the match, Punk takes hold of the World Title and begins to go crazy. He hops onto the turnbuckle and points to the WrestleMania logo and kisses the World Heavyweight Championship. John Morrison makes his way out to the ramp, and Punk looks back to him. They stare a bit and Morrison is tending to his back from earlier. He motions for the World Title.
We then cut to a Royal Rumble 2010 DVD promo video.
Elimination Chamber Match for the WWE Championship
- WWE Champion Randy Orton is the first one to make his way down to the chamber, and he raises the WWE Title high. - Triple H makes his way down next. He stares down Orton for a while, before entering his chamber. - Shawn Michaels is the third to come down to the ring. He comes down slowly and glares at HHH before going to his chamber. - MVP is the fourth entrant and he makes his way down, and he has the last spot for a chamber. - Kofi Kingston makes his way down to the ring next, and taunts to the crowd and at Randy Orton. - Cody Rhodes is the final one down to the chamber, and he stares down Kofi as soon as he is in the ring.
The bell rings and Kofi almost as soon as it does, jumps onto Cody. He delivers tons of strikes on the mat over and over again. Cody pushes him off and rolls to the outside floor. Kofi then jumps over at him, and takes him down. They brawl back and forth for a while out there before Cody gets back in. Kofi delivers a series of kicks over and over again, and Cody begins to strike back. Momentum swerves to Cody for a couple minutes after he hits a huge uppercut and follows up with tons of hard strikes. The lights dim and we are almost 5 minutes in already. Triple H ends up being the 3rd entrant. He gets in and takes Cody down, then without mercy, Kofi. They begin to double team, and Kofi eventually backs down. Hunter and Cody go back and forth, and HHH delivers a huge spinebuster. He gets up and taunts. He begins to slow down a bit from there on, and just works a bit at Kofi, then to Cody. However, Cody begins a series of punches over and over again, and drops him with the Cross Rhodes. He gets a near fall on him. He then works against Kofi, who fights back a bit. We are awaiting the next entry now. MVP ends up being the fourth, and he runs into the ring. He pounds on HHH and Kofi, and then double teams Kingston with Rhodes. They each get strikes hard down on him before Triple H comes over and begins to work against both of them. He drops Cody with an atomic drop, and then clotheslines Kofi and MVP over the top rope. He then focuses hard on Cody, and they go back and forth for a minute before Kofi springboards over the top rope onto both of them. MVP rests and we await the next entry. Randy Orton ends up being 5th. He runs straight to the ring and gets in. He grabs Kofi by the back of the head and throws him into the steel post. He then does the same to Triple H. He follows that by pounding down on Kofi's back. However, Kofi fights him back quickly with tons of strikes to the side and head. MVP gets back into the ring and begins to fight against Triple H. He is dropped with a knee to the face, and Kofi hits the Boom Drop. He hooks the leg and gets the 3 on MVP! MVP is eliminated (18:01). Orton is in anger at MVP being eliminated, and begins to yell at him. He then gets hit with Trouble in Paradise by Kingston. Out of natural instinct, Orton rolls to the outside. Rhodes then fights against Kofi, and Hunter follows out to Orton. He then gets distracted with HBK in his chamber. The lights dim and he glares. Shawn Michaels is allowed to get out now, and Hunter storms to the open chamber. Michaels ducks a shot and him and HHH brawl inside the small chamber. They just trade shot after shot. Kofi tosses Rhodes over to Orton on the outside, and delivers a springboard Boom Drop onto both of them on the steel floor. Meanwhile, Hunter lifts Shawn up and hits a spinebuster on the other side. Meanwhile, Kofi and Orton are fighting each other, and Kingston tosses the Champion into the ring. Hunter eventually rises to his feet and gets into the ring as well. Him and Orton begin to fight against each other. Rhodes gets involved as well. They sort of double team HHH, and he begins to fight back hard. Kofi Kingston is seen up ontop of one of the chamber pods, and looks to all 3 of them. He dives off and takes all 3 of them out. It is a complete pile up of superstars, and they all roll around trying to regain some stamina. They all end up being down for a while. Michaels is slowly beginning to stir, and Hunter slowly walks over. He drags him slightly between the ropes and manages to deliver the Pedigree weakly. However, it is enough for him to put Shawn away. Shawn Michaels is eliminated (25:46). We are left with just 4 men, and Orton pounds on Kofi in the corner. Rhodes is on the other side of the ring working on HHH. Both sides have back and forth action going on. Kofi goes for Trouble in Paradise, but as Orton ducks, he hits both Rhodes and Hunter. Orton pops up after it and hits the RKO. He covers Kofi and eliminates him. Kofi Kingston is eliminated (27:03). Rhodes calls Orton over to help him, and Orton doesn't. He tells Cody to continue. He begins to lose momentum as Hunter strikes back harder in response to each of Cody's shots. He is eventually knocked down. Orton then backs down from HHH, and he is rolled up by Cody, who gets the tights as well. He gets the cheap, but shocking 3! Triple H is eliminated (27:30). Orton rests in the corner looking on as Rhodes celebrates his elimination of Triple H. He begins to rise, but Orton runs over and punts him when he is on a knee! Every one is in shock, and Orton just stands for a moment. He then slowly slithers his way into pinning Rhodes and gets the 3.
Winner and still WWE Champion: Randy Orton (27:57) ****
After the match, Orton raises the WWE Title high as he looks down at Rhodes. He places the title over his own shoulder and shakes his head down at Cody. He walks to the chamber door, and raises the title again as he steps out to end the Elimination Chamber Pay-Per-View.

Overall, M.L. Punk, great pay-per-view, the road to WrestleMania now is coming to a head, since WrestleMania is your next PPV, and I am really excited, just so excited, waiting in anticipation for your Mania 26 PPV it should steal the show overall, I am really happy for you, man, really am, since now we are almost at WrestleMania.
Now that WrestleMania is coming, M.L. Punk, a few questions for you about your diary man, and these are honest questions M.L. Punk:
My first question is when are you going to start your Money In The Bank qualifying match-ups since Mania is a month away in your story? Honest question?
My second question has to do with your 2010 WWE Hall Of Fame inductees, and if you are going to announce them in your story, and if you do, when do you think you will announce them? Honest question?
My third question is are you also going to include these championship matches and write them into your WrestleMania PPV like the Women's, Divas, United States, Intercontinental, Unified Tag Team, and ECW Championships like I mean will you defend all those titles in your WrestleMania 26 PPV? Honest question here?
I also like where this John Cena-Undertaker feud is heading, mind games with Cena acting all paranoid, love when Undertaker plays mind games with his WrestleMania opponents, should be a slobber-knocker between Cena & Taker at Mania.
I also like the direction of HBK since Shawn is a heel now, especially after the way he acted when he was eliminated in the Chamber, I hope you are building towards an HBK-HHH match at WrestleMania 26.
Love the fact that DiBiase made Show tap out to that new finisher of his, what is that new finisher called, hopefully now that DiBiase has that as his finisher, he should use it from now on.
Also love the fact that Orton punted Rhodes in the head to end that match, I wonder what Cody's reaction will be, after his mentor punted him in the head, should cause problems within Legacy.
Punk-Morrison main event, I can actually feel that, I respect that, I think Mysterio will probably make this a triple-threat but I think Mysterio will enter Money In The Bank.
Also love the fact that Batista and Booker look like they will be having a match together at Mania, since Batista went nuts that Booker eliminated him from the Chamber.
Billy Kidman, master of the Shooting Star Press, beating Sheamus, love that, I just hope Kidman qualifies for Money In The Bank since he has been on a tear lately
Other than that, your Elimination Chamber PPV was good, have to give the devil his due, you really proved me wrong, M.L. Punk, made a true believer out of me, man, and that is hard to do, I just hope that your WrestleMania PPV is PPV of the year, and you really excite us readers and shock us all at WrestleMania 26
I'm just so excited waiting for WrestleMania, going to have to wait long, but who cares, it will be worth it, if it means a great WrestleMania

Hey M.L. Punk, it is I, tg11, again, I just wanted to say I love your Elimination Chamber PPV man, 5 star pay per view overall, man, really, and I am just so excited, waiting in anticipation for you to write your WrestleMania 26 Pay Per View, man, really am, keeping me on the edge of my toes, like how JR would say, should be a slobberknocker of a pay-per-view.
M.L. Punk, I just wanted to know if you are starting Money In The Bank qualifying matches

WWE Elimination Chamber, fantastic way to kick off the show with the #1 Contender Elimination Chamber match and I am so glad to see John Morrison with the victory. Morrison/Punk at WrestleMania 26 will be amazing. Good choice to have Kozlov win via DQ as it allows Regal to retain the title. I saw DiBiase winning this one as he did win the Rumble. So, DiBiase versus the winner of tonights Elimination Chamber, looking forward to see who it is. Undertaker/Cena for WrestleMania, that is epic, so long as Undertaker keeps the streak. Shocked to see Jericho with the victory here, but I like it. A rematch at 'Mania? Glad to see Punk retain the title here, I never believed Mysterio was going to win. Randy Orton retains the WWE Championship, so I guess DiBiase versus Orton is set for WM26 then. Fantastic show, ML, can't wait for your final stretch to WrestleMania.

On one hand, I like the idea of somebody new main eventing Wrestlemania and facing off for the World Heavyweight Championship. On the other, I don't think John Morrison is ready to be in that kind of situation. Regardless, I'm sure you'll make it work. The match was written superbly, was surprised that McIntyre was eliminated first, however. I like the idea of Batista going crazy and attacking Booker T, screaming "You ruined Wrestlemania." haha. Like a spoilt child! I like the idea of Regal ending the match with a low blow and then hitting Kozlov with a knee following the bout, sending him a message of sorts. Glad Regal didn't lose. I'm surprised that DiBiase beat Big Show by submission of all things.
Cena segment was good, the idea of him swinging away as the lights come back on is interesting. Show helping Jericho beat Edge is fine, hopefully Edge gets his revenge at Wrestlemania though. Punk beating Mysterio makes sense, what a match it would be. I love the idea of Orton pining Rhodes to retain his title. It's sending out a big statement and it's brilliant. Can't wait to see where this goes.

WWE Elimination Chamber: Sunday 21st February 2010...Random fact for you here; Elimination Chamber is being referred to as 'No Way Out' in Germany due to political correctness. Alright, I've slightly been getting behind, but still reading. Hopefully I can catch back up; my complaint is that you're just posting too fast. It's always good to be eager, but you're going a little too quick than necessary. Great idea for the SmackDown contenders Elimination Chamber to open things up, seemed to be agood match, not too sure about Drew McIntyre being eliminated first, though. Everything after that seemed good. John Morrison gaining contention to go to WrestleMania XXVI is extremely different, but this ensures me that John Morrison will be facing CM Punk at WrestleMania XXVI for the World Heavyweight Championship. It was nice to see Kane get such a good showing in this match, also. Rob Van Dam neared in on victory; glad he did. Next, shame that William Regal and Vladimir Kozlov have to play the filler spot on the card, but they seemingly had a fine bout for the ECW Championship. Kozlov winning by disqualification is acceptable; it only delays things as you head for WrestleMania. Good idea, there. Ted Dibiase beating Big Show wasn't exactly hard to identify; Show did not look credible at any point in the build up for this bout. Ah, good promo by John Cena. Hmm, Edge and Chris Jericho being so close before WrestleMania but not at WrestleMania is a stupid thing to do. Also, it'd be a large clusterf*ck trying to make this match look good but also having time to fit in another Elimination Chamber match and a World Heavyweight Championship match. You only have three hours; it'd end up going over, surely. CM Punk beating Rey Mysterio was predictable after John Morrison won the previous SmackDown Chamber match. No problem with that; Punk and Morrison should be good, though it should definitely not main event. Lastly, great Elimination Chamber match with Randy Orton retaining the WWE Championship. As a whole, it was a decent show, but you've made some faulty decisions, and also the show seemed like a massive show; some things should have definitely been reserved for WrestleMania XXVI in five weeks...

-Agree with McIntrye being the first elimination, thought it seemed rather late in the match. Shocked at Batista going down next. I see Booker/Batista at WrestleMania XXVI. RVD & Morrison as the final two is what I wanted and it was classic. Morrison winning is surprising, but I like it because it's different -I didn't know you had Matt & Jeff with Punk. That's awesome -ECW Title match was decent, ending it in a DQ was good, hope Regal stays as Champion for a while -Dibiase over Show was the right call, love that Dibiase & Morrison are getting 'Mania Title shots, it's so fresh -The heel Titantron used for Cena is one I found a while ago and always wanted to use if I turned him heel. Cena/'Taker at 'Mania will be godly -Surprised Jericho went over Edge, but it makes sense. I'd love to see them again at WrestleMania -Punk retaining was rather obvious, but I'm very happy. Punk retaining over Morrison at 'Mania please!!! -Orton retaining is perfect, I won't mind seeing Dibiase beat him at WrestleMania. I like that Cody eliminated Triple H as it's huge for him, but Orton's sneaky punt was perfect
Great PPV, what I like most about your sim is that it's very different from everybody else. Keep it up.

Booker T vs. Batista at WrestleMania 26 XXVI, I am definitely feeling that as I feel that Batista after he was eliminated and the way he went crazy on Booker by attacking him and leaving him laying, love it, The Animal was truly unleashed.
Morrison vs. Punk for the World Heavyweight Championship, M.L. Punk, I am definitely feeling that, as I feel that Morrison and Punk's feud has the potential to become like Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart's feud as I believe, M.L., that Punk in a lot of ways is like Bret Hart both submission/technical wrestlers share similar beliefs, and Morrison is a young Shawn Michaels in the making.
Cena-Taker at WrestleMania 26, what can I say M.L., epic match in the making, has the ability to overshadow HBK-Taker, as Cena-Taker will be better I think especially since now Cena is a heel, love it.
Kind of surprised at Jericho going over Edge, but I expected that, M.L., hopefully Jericho-Edge the rematch at your WrestleMania 26 PPV, I hope in a gimmick match to end their feud.
Love the fact that DiBiase made Big Show tap out to that unique hold finisher, love it, hopefully M.L., you incorporate that into DiBiase's moveset and make that his new finisher, also M.L. I love the fact that DiBiase-Orton is a lock for Mania.
Regal going over Kozlov, like that, as Regal being ECW Champion is good since Regal has proven he has what it takes to be a world champion in the future since now he is carrying ECW.
Rhodes I have a feeling he will be the next one to leave Legacy like for example Cody will win the title and break Randy's record of being the youngest champion in history, then when it looks like Legacy is giving him the thumbs up, they give him the thumbs down and beat the hell out of Cody, leaving him laying.
M.L., I just hope that your WrestleMania 26 pay per view is just as exciting, if not more exciting
I'm telling you M.L. Punk, that Punk-Morrison is a mirror of Bret and Shawn but for the new generation, don't you agree, don't you see the similarities M.L.
Finally M.L. Punk, your 2010 WWE Hall Of Fame class, I see The Million Dollar Man Ted DiBiase, Ted's father going into your Hall of Fame induction class, as well as The Ultimate Warrior, Arn Anderson & Tully Blanchard, Antonio Inoki, Stu Hart, and Lex Luger aka Total Package aka The Man Made In The USA Lex Luger being inducted.
Remember M.L., that was strictly in my opinion, and M.L. this post is specifically for you to respond to, alright, STRICTLY IN MY OPINION M.L., and I just wanted to ask you M.L. if you are going to start your Money In The Bank ladder match qualifiers this RAW, ECW, and Smackdown shows coming up.

I must say, I thoroughly enjoyed the EC ppv. John Morrison winning the first match was unexpected, but it rehashes one of my favorite rivalries in WWE history with Punk going against Morrison. Glad Regal kept the championship in the next match, not really that big of a fan of Kozlov. Great move having DiBiase keep his WM match, don't see him winning at WM though. Cena challenging Taker is no surprise, and I thought that would be the way WWE would go this year. Don't like Jericho winning against Edge so soon after Edge's comeback, kinda takes momentum away. No surprise Punk won, can't wait for Morrison/Punk. No surprise that Orton won, but a very intriguing ending. Wonder where you will go with that. Good work.

Morrison-Punk feud, doesn't it remind you guys of Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels' feud? Can you guys see the similarities because in my opinion CM Punk reminds me of a young Bret Hart and John Morrison reminds me so much of a young Shawn Michaels during his Boy Toy-Kliq days. Hopefully they steal the show and become better than Bret and Shawn feud wise if it is built up properly, but I know you can do it.
Edge-Jericho at Mania, I am definitely feeling that, man, good work on that, hopefully a gimmick match at Mania to settle their feud once and for all
DiBiase-Orton match at Mania, definitely behind that as I wanna see if DiBiase can make Orton submit to that new hold of his
Cena-Taker, what can I say, epic in the making, it will be way better than HBK-Taker
MITB I expect will steal the show at Mania too, so will your Hall of Fame inductees

Raw: February 22, 2010 Preview
Ted DiBiase's WrestleMania Choice The 2010 Royal Rumble match winner, Ted DiBiase, kept hold of his ticket to the WrestleMania main event by defeating Big Show in a surprising manner. Now tonight, he will choose if he wants to head to Smackdown and make it a triple threat match, or stick here on Raw.
Randy Orton vs Cody Rhodes The final image in a the Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship was Randy Orton punting his own stable co-member. Rhodes, despite having a minor concussion from the punt, demanded to face Randy on Raw.
Shawn Michaels and Triple H Confront Shawn Michaels and Triple H will be confronting face-to-face all alone on Raw in the middle of the ring. Hunter has requested a truce for tonight as he has a special offer for Michaels.
John Cena Gets His Answer John Cena put out the challenge to The Undertaker to face him at WrestleMania last night, he wanted answers within 24 hours. Will it be accepted?

Raw: February 22, 2010 Conseco Fieldhouse: Indianapolis, IN
All the pyros go off signaling that Raw is officially on the air. Soon after, the music of Ted DiBiase hits. He comes out to a great pop from the crowd. He gets on the mic. He says to the crowd he apologizes for the Colts not winning the Super Bowl, but they'll get it next year. He then says he has to move on to serious business. Last night he kept hold of his spot in the main event at WrestleMania by defeating the Big Show, and he knew he would so he has been thinking ever since he won that Royal Rumble match what he would do. Before he can announce who he chose, Randy Orton makes his way down to the ring. He says to Ted they have been through a lot ever since Legacy formed and slowly crumbled when he started to act up. He tells him he probably hates him, and he tells Ted he hates him to; but he already has been in the ring with him and the chance at revenge is over. He says that they have CM Punk and John Morrison over on Smackdown, and he suggests - as a former mentor to Ted - to go over to Smackdown and take the World Heavyweight Championship. Cody Rhodes makes his way down to the ring. He says that if Ted really is going to go over to Smackdown, he wants that match against Randy Orton tonight to get him a shot at the WWE Championship at WrestleMania. Teddy Long comes out to the ramp. He says that all of these suggestions are fascinating, and tells Ted he can wait to give his choice because tonight, Randy Orton faces Cody Rhodes, and if Cody can win, he will get his shot at the WWE Championship at WrestleMania!
Commercial Break
Billy Kidman and Evan Bourne vs Kaval and Sheamus
We return for this entertaining pairing vs unusual pairing tag team match. Bourne starts things off with Sheamus, and easily getting overpowered at the start. He begins to fight back with lots of kicks and aerial moves. Sheamus eventually catches him at one point and drops him with a backbreaker. He took a bit of an advantage applying some submission holds before tagging in Kaval. He kicked at Bourne a lot, and dropped him with a dropkick into the face. He kept things on the mat a bit, then kept Bourne up in the corner and delivered a rapid fire amount of kicks. He hit off the ropes and ran for one more, but Bourne avoided it and got the tag in to Kidman. He began to work on Kaval well, hitting tons of strikes and even managed the 10 punches before delivering a dropkick. He got a couple near falls before Kaval began to fight back, and he tagged in Sheamus who hit a huge clothesline. He continued with powerful moves taking complete control, before getting distracted with Bourne. He went to attack him, but Bourne kept avoiding him. Kaval came into the ring, and Sheamus forced Bourne in. The teams fought each other before Kidman and Bourne both hit a jumping DDT. They crossed over and went to the top rope, and simultaneously hit the Shooting Star Press to the crowds delight. Kidman got the pin on Sheamus.
Winners of the match: Billy Kidman and Evan Bourne (9:01) **1/2
After the match, Kidman and Bourne celebrate their victory. Kidman tells Bourne something, and they yank Sheamus up and deliver a double DDT. Kidman climbs to the top turnbuckle and delivers another Shooting Star Press. Bourne looks impressed, and climbs up himself. He does a SSP of his own, getting a bit more air. They stare each other down and Kidman nods, and shakes Bourne's hand.
Commercial Break
We return being in Teddy Long's office, and in comes Smackdown General Manager Paul Heyman. He tells Teddy that John Cena laying out that challenge to his top star is completely out of line. Teddy says he did lose a lot of respect for John Cena after what he did, but he thinks it'd be a great way to prove himself to face Undertaker at WrestleMania. He tells Paul he might want to find Undertaker and stop him from accepting before he does.
We then go to see Josh Mathews. He introduces his guest at this time to be The Miz. He asks Miz what he thinks about getting a new #1 contender determined here tonight. Miz tells him it doesn't mean anything to him, because anybody he faces will easily be defeated by him. He proclaims he is the best in the whole company, and nobody will ever again take his United States Championship because he's The Miz and he's awesome.
Commercial Break
United States Champion The Miz makes his way down to ringside, as we are about to find out who will be his next contender.
#1 Contendership Match to the United States Championship Kofi Kingston vs Montel Vontavious Porter w/Mark Henry
Both men come down to the ring and the bell rings. The match starts off pretty quick, each man getting in a lot of offensive work. Kingston starts to take control with some fast kicks and forearm strikes. MVP ducks a huge kick, and takes Kofi to the mat. He does a lot of dirty punching and follows it up by digging his knee into Kofi's throat. The referee has to stop him within the next minute 3 times, threatening to DQ him each time. MVP sets up to finish it early with the Drive-By, but Kofi avoided it and hit a springboard dropkick. He took some advantage from there and delivered lots of hard moves and some signatures for the next couple minutes. He attempts the Boom Drop, but MVP manages to roll out of the way. He rises and kicks Kofi in the jaw, and gets a near fall. He gets angry and yanks Kofi up, and slaps him around. Kofi won't take it, and as MVP rebounds off the ropes, he hits him with a near perfect drop kick. He got lots of fast paced moves on, stunning MVP over and over again. He goes for the Boom Drop again, but Henry grabbed hold of his leg. MVP came over as Henry let go and went for a strike, but Kofi ducked it and hit the Trouble in Paradise on the turn to get the pin.
Winner of the match: Kofi Kingston (8:39) **1/2
After the match, Kingston taunts motioning for the United States title from Miz.
We cut backstage to see Triple H walking down a hall. Him and Shawn Michaels will confront - next!
Commercial Break
We return with a video officially announcing The Rock as the first Hall of Fame Inductee of the Class of 2010, to be inducted by Triple H.
Triple H's music hits right after. He makes his way down to the ring and he gets on the mic. He talks about how D-Generation X was one of the greatest alliances in the history of professional wrestling. He says that Shawn Michaels decided to throw that all away, he's all about himself now. He goes on and says they failed to capture the Tag Team Titles, because of Shawn Michaels. They failed to remain friends, because of Shawn Michaels. He admits that in the past over and over again he turned on HBK, but he decided not to do that this time because he wanted DX to last until himself and HBK retired, but that isn't going to happen if Shawn is going to be like this, and he calls him out. Michaels makes his way to the ring. He tells Hunter that he knows D-Generation X wouldn't of lasted, and the only reason that Shawn did what he did was so he could get to him before he was stabbed in the back again. Hunter says that is a complete lie, and he knows Michaels only did it for himself because he is a greedy coward. HBK says that he wants nothing more then the World title around his waist, and Hunter is just going to get in his way. So HHH tells him he went to Teddy Long and he offered this. At WrestleMania 26, they bury the hatchet. They face each other. Michaels thinks for a minute, and shakes his head 'no'. The crowd boos him, and HBK begins to walk out, but superkicks HHH, breaking the truce. He raises the mic slowly well leaning over Triple H, "I accept."
Commercial Break
Non-Title Match Diva's Champion Maryse vs Melina
We return for this non-title diva's match. Things start off pretty slow, and Maryse is in control with some powerful effective moves. She taunts a bit, claiming she is better. Melina kicks her in the gut and then begins to fight back hard with tons of punches, kicks, forearms, and elbows. Maryse backs off quick and even gets out of the ring to walk it off. Melina follows, only to be clotheslined. Maryse gets back into the ring, and Melina barely beats the 10 count. Maryse stomps her down before she can get back up and yanks her up by the hair, and slaps Melina across the face. She says something in French before getting hit with a boot to the face. Melina hops onto the 2nd turnbuckle and dives off with a clothesline. She gets a near fall. We see a woman with a hood covering her face come down to the ring and get in.
