After seeing these I have my first real complaints about Mattel figures. I still think they look better than Jakks, but I don't like the way the eyes are painted. It's a simple thing but I like the white dot that looks like light reflecting off their eyes. I think that small detail makes the faces look a lot less realistic.
Secondly the Rey head itself doesn't look great. The bird decals on the sides look to thick for me. They make his small head look too round.
Finally the photoshopped version of the Flex Force Undertaker had tattoos but this one does not. Hope the final version does.
Otherwise things are looking great.

I love how the Elite packaging lets you see the back of the figure. Awesome move by Mattel to cater to collectors that never open them (also shows where some of that $15 goes). They seriously need to calm down on the whites of the eyes on the cards, though. Those pictures just look creepy.
The actual figures look fantastic. After seeing Umaga's DA body used for both Samoa Joe AND Mick Foley, I'd given up on hoping Jakks had turned a corner with their figures, no matter how good the head scans were.
I'm with everybody else on this coverage, though. MORE! MORE!

Very interesting. I still can't decide whether I like them or not. Some look incredible, and others not so. Especially since Jakks has done such an amazing job with the TNA line.

I can't believe how blindly everyone is flocking to these Mattel figures. The headscans are a joke. Punk looks more cartoony than his first RA scan.

them figs suck. jakks were the best and always will be . mattel suck and the 1/1000 belt looks s**t

The only problem I have is Batista's scan. Wish it had some emotion. He needs to look mean. Not crazy about Batista but the rest look fantastic.

Elite is basically the same thing... except they may be a bit smaller but these figures will HAVE detail, and cloth accessories to top it all off. yeah i wasnt ever a fan of da but these seem so much better as they will be in different height's which is awesome bc mysterio will actually be small now and yes the t=removable accesories will own as i cant stand what jakks did i hate buying figs with shirts on there really is no use for em Alot of things that you mentioned make these tons better than DA. Th mere fact that there's differnt molds is a plus. u stand orton, punk, kennedy, batista, hhh, mvp beside each other you're basically lookin a the same figure. Which is one of the reasons TNA figs have kinda faded for me. I onlly see WWE figs with repainted bodies and tna head splapped on  |
