well when i was watching smackdown i realised the rock said there willl be a new champion , and last time the rock was on wwe he was on raw promoting wrestlemania 23 match between vince and trump he said vince would get his head shaved and it did happen so now that the rock sed therr will b a new champion , Will There Be A New Champion On Smackdown ?

It's because Punk is the heel, and Vince was the heel at WM 23. Rock is a face, so I think you get it now.
