I think it was in 2001 during the Invasion, he kept switching his attire up.

Ahhh those are the pics posted by a fellow pal on here. Its an amazing piece for sure. Kane wore that scheme of mainly black with red streaks when he wore the inverted debut attire as well as when he had the flame top Brothers of Destruction run around 01.

cool pics, an interesting note- I was talking with the chap who made Kane's actual masks. He said he made a total of 3 masks for the Kane character (which surprised me that it was such a low figure). I think WWF copied his design, so they could make the inverted colour ones, or maybe they just re-painted them? Anyway he said all three mask designs he did were slightly different and he said that when Kane switched to his half mask design, it was the WWE costume person who made them, to cut costs (so the original kane mask maker did not make the half masks). This is confirmed when you look at the Hurricane's mask, which is very similar to Kane's, cos they were both made in-house by WWE. He also said he is/was not totally happy with the Kane mask design because, as he puts it, the design is flawed in its build and he was new to making masks at the time.- Thought you might like that info Kaneisdaman

Its interesting WWE made his half mask, it does make sense though. Thanks for the cool story.

Kane wore that scheme of mainly black with red streaks when he wore the inverted debut attire as well as when he had the flame top Brothers of Destruction run around 01. how did he/she manage to get hold of the mask? did they buy it somewhere? I thought WWE would have kept the masks for putting on show at fan axxess or on display at WWE hq or something??

Philibuster was a scam artist he ripped someone off on here Really? I heard he gave a refund to that person. How is this relevant to the Kane mask? It's not his.
