I know we often talk about who should have had a World Title run and didn't but who should have had a run with the Intercontinental title?
Back then titles switched much less often but I would have still like to see the following guys have a run with the title.
Brutus Beefcake Jake "The Snake" Roberts Rick Martel

I agree to your list, and I'd like to add Paul Orndorff.

Steamboat definately should have had one when he returned to WWF in 1991.

Perhaps even Jimmy Snuka...maybe... if Snuka hadnt had "personal trouble"after 85 I bet he would have been a shoe in for it.the thoughts of an in Prime Snuka vs Savage or Steamboat is mouth watering........

Paul Orndorff, Tatanka, and Bam Bam Bigelow are 3 I always thought were deserving of an IC title reign.

I completely agree with Martel and Roberts. Beefcake, I am not so sure about. and suprisingly Beefcake was schedualed for one. not too sure about this but wasnt he supposed to win the IC tourney after WMVI by defeating Hennig in the finals?but he had that parasailing accident and his face got effed up....
