yep,Yoko was Samoan....think he's related to The Rock as well ,though it seems/feels like EVERY Samoan who ever wrestled is related to the Rock somehow...
just looked it up....Afa and Sika were his Uncles,and The Rock,Rosey,Umaga,Rikishi,and Samu were his cousins....

As for the incorrect guess above, the name he had wrong was Ivan Koloff, Koloff is actually Canadian.. as for who burned Jim Duggan, I recall Skandor Akbar throwing one at his face back in Mid South days....Dunno if thats the one you're thinking of though.
