Okay, I cannot for the life of me find out what this game was called.
1) It was a PC game from around the mid-to-late 90s. I used to play it before I had the internet so I'm thinking 1997, 1998 at latest.
2) I'm recalling the word "Sierra" for some reason. Be it the publisher, a character, a place, I have no idea.
3) The game has lots of snow with sort of a top down viewpoint. It's not 3D but kind of looks like it, if that makes sense. I think the screen was static so you could see everything.
4) I remember penguins and snow balls that you had to watch out for. It had elements of a puzzle game.
5) This is the main thing I've been searching for: you had to find I believe it was 3 trinkets in a stage. That may have just been a bonus side goal, I don't even remember the objective. I know for sure they were called "trinkets" and they were wooden looking sculptures (or at least some were).
Anybody have a clue what I'm talking about?

Cyberstorm, maybe? Cyberstorm 2?
Probably not, but hey...I was looking for some screens based on what you described, and Cyberstorm 2 was the closest to what you had.

Nah, it was more of a "cute" kind of game. No guns or anything. I just remember tons and tons of snow based areas.

If nobody answers your question soon, I'm just gonna start listing the billion games Sierra made during the 90s.
