Lanny doesn't look like Macho! He bears a small resemblence. By that logic, everyone should use Rick Steiner to make an old school Scotty. How about a Hulk Hogan to make a Horace Hogan. That is his nephew.

I know in my collection I used a Bret Hart head for Owen, Keith, Bruce, Dean, Wayne, Ross and even Stu. Works great, because of course they're related and look exactly alike.
Rayferrero was the one that used Abbott for Savage.

I think that head really is the way to go. I agree with that. I'm pretty sure that he did some re-tooling on the face though. I've never understood the use of "The Genius" head. You can tell that Randy gets his crazy eyes from his Mother.   |

I've never thought they looked remotely alike until I saw that pic you just posted. But when they Lanny wrestled he looked nothing like Randy. The Genius head really looks nothing like Randy at all. |
