Damn, in one year and look where we've come. Who all was here before this thing kick started wwefan? you, me(once in a while), mallet, fall,ummmmmm anyone esle? lol, we've come a long way and with guys like Slash, Jed, easy, wwef, lmb, etc we're really hoppin'. Whomever the next mod is i would advise follow mallet's lead. Dont try to fix what aint broke, just a thought.

Ive beena member since 07 but really started picfedding the summer of last year. Even then this place was on the brink of exploding you had NWA and CWA. I'm glad that I have been apart of this movement though. Its really been fun. I hopre the next mod is someone who doesnt try to change the good chemistry we have going.

yeah easy, there were some really good feds that contributed to the rise of the board. i miss muleface's fed... if anyone remembers that. he claimed he was coming back... but guess not

I seriously believe that even though he does not want it Deskjet is the only man other than mallet who has the right amount of respect, yet knows where to draw the line on discipline, for the pic fed boards.

I know DJ doesnt want it but he's the logical choice for me. 1) Because he knows in ins and outs of being a mod so it wouldnt be new to him, 2) He's straight forward and doesnt play a buddy system really. If he likes it he tells you and if he doesnt he tells you. I like someone who doesnt sugar coat it......Being pic fed mod cant be that hard, I mean once a day you go to the discussion thread and delete all off topic posts and then make sure nobody spams up by posting multiple threads about their feds......I mean cant be too hard, even though DJ is a State Penn fan, Im sure he can figure it out |

Thank you guys for the vote of confidence. And no, i still dont want it,lol. But i think the key to being a good mod is to be fair but firm. Like i said, mallet has been a great example of this. In essesence, you are the leader and people look up to you. Now we all have deeper connections with each other I'm sure off the board(not sexually, i hope, but either way, that's your preference....but i digress  ). As a leader, you lead by example. You put the trouble makers on notice and you keep the environment positive. With that you'll gain some enemies, but you'll also gain some respect. And when you have a board that respects what you do and is willing to be a part of a positive environment, then it's an enjoyable experience for everyone. Anyway, I think if people keep this in mind, then anyone can be a successful mod. As I've said before, I'm really proud of the way everyone has stepped up and made this board such a welcome and flourishing environemt. Recently there's been some flare ups, and that's bound to happen from time to time, but I think we've all said what needed to be said, brushed it off and moved on. And that's what needs to continue to happen. Families fight, then they move on and forget about it ya know? And i've gotta say, in my 6 years on the board, this has to be the best it's been in terms of a good environment. Yes the mod has responsibilities, but we all have the responsibility to keep it that way, so let's just get er done ;D. PS-If i WAS mod...Gmoney would be perma banned |
