Kinda depressing thread here, but i feel it could be interesting... which wrestler do you believe is the biggest 'fallen star' in the business or has had the highest fall from grace?
I guess i'm asking 'Who is the real world of wrestlings Randy The Ram?'
I was going to say Scott Hall, but that was until i remembered Jake Roberts... such a sad outcome for a man with such a gift in wrestling

I would go with Jake Roberts, really. Very sad indeed, for someone so talented.

I think it's neck and neck between Hulk and Flair: failed marriages, criminal kids, money problems, controversial soundbytes etc.. Only time will tell if either guy recovers.

i'm suprised no one's taken a cheap shot at owen.
anyways, i'd say scott hall. he was so damn over as razor and even in the wcw when he debuted it was a HUGE ordeal...he left shortly before i believe most of his success would've came and hit the bottle hard in wcw after only a few years of solid ring work before going downhill.

After watching Beyond the Mat, it's hard not to say Jake Roberts.

Just like Blaustein said in the movie: "This is the lowest of low without hitting rock bottom in professional wrestling." This was when Roberts was fighting in Nebraska. But i really think Roberts by far is the biggest fallen star. I had the chance to meet him this past October and I gotta say compared to reports I've heard he's a really great dude but he's definitely the first that comes to mind I think for most.

i'm suprised no one's taken a cheap shot at owen. People love Owen. . . . . . I get it. . . . FALLEN star 10 years is long enough I guess. . . . . you know the formula. . . tragedy + time = comedy.

Roberts and Hall are pretty much great examples ... I don't know if they can be beat.
