Is Bobby Lashley coming to TNA a good or bad move in you opinion?

Good. I liked him in WWE then he left after injury, i've always thought he could be big.

I'll admit when Lashley walked on stage I marked out like a tweener at a Jonas Brothers concert... but the novelty will wear off eventually and the question "Will TNA ever try get by on their own merits?" will be asked. It's becoming obvious there will always be a free agent with "WWE push" on their resume for TNA to scoop up and toss in the main event scene... will Daniels, Roode, Storm, Shelley, etc. EVER get a chance? I pretty much lost all hope at this point.

Bad because nobody cares one way or another about him.I know nothing about him myself and I have been a huge wrestling fan since 1974.I stopped watching WWE about 6 or 7 years ago when all that was left there were basically no name wrestlers and jobbers. After Austin retired fully, and The Rock quit and went into acting, and Kurt Angle went into ECW and became a jobber there basically,I lost all interest in wrestling, until TNA came around. And seeing that I have been a fan since 1974 I have seen them all, come and go since 5 or 6 years ago,and WWE does not interest me at all anymore, for the reasons that I gave. There is nobody in wrestling like Kurt Angle,Steve Austin,or The Rock, except in TNA so these WWE wrestlers now are a bunch of no names and jobbers. At least to me they are. They could never beat an Austin,Rock,or an Angle any of today's wrestlers.

i'll echo my sentiments from the WWE board:
i think it's a plus for tna on the basis that john q. wwefan will remember lashley given his monster push in 2007 as being a guy who never fairly lost his title, had a big feud with vince and was made out to be the greatest thing ever by legends in his fued against cena. he's not a household name or anything but it's a signing that gets fans to raise their eyebrows.

Someone edited this onto his Wiki last night, like a minute or so after his debut; It's removed now, but lmfao.

I think it's a good move. He's young (32 years old), very athletic, and a good wrestler. If he can work on his promo skills, he'll be the total package.

I pretty much lost all hope at this point. Indeed the window gets smaller. Depends on how they use him...will he be full time or part time? I'd really like to see someone like Daniels or Styles get the title before it goes onto another wwe guy. For the shock factor it was great. The aquisition is probably one of the best since Christian cage and seem appropriate that TNA has now one upped WWE in snatch one of there own.

If TNA had a track record of making ex WWE guys a serious ratings draw I'd say yes, but despite their growth I just don't see this helping them and it actually continues to hurt some of the other talent trying to establish themselves.

While it won't set the world on fire, I can't say it's a bad move. He's young, he had potential at one point, and he's somewhat of a name. I just watched a clip of him debuting and it made me laugh. His name was on the video screen before he came out, and the crowd didn't pop at all. Albeit, they probably couldn't read it, but it still made me laugh.
