That's really good for your first custom, the only improvements I can see that need to be made is to take more time painting and possibly using a smaller brush - but, it looks like a great piece of work

the nWo side is alittle sloppy and the beard doesnt look right. also on the headband the yellow K goes onto the nWo side. however this is ur first custom and it does look really good even for someone with alittle experience

It's not bad at all for a first try, but you know, I think I might like it better without the shirt and bandana. A Hogan with "Hulk" tights on one side and "Hollywood" on the other would look pretty neat.
One thing you could do is give him a half-and-half feather boa, too. That might really set it off.
And man, I know this off topic, but that vintage Simpsons wallpaper in the background is AMAZING!

the NWO part of Hogan is kinda sloppy, the paint on each is a bit sloppy but overall very good, 9/10
