On this week's ECW taping in Austin, Texas, it was announced that Teddy Long will be the new on-screen General Manager of SmackDown while Tiffany will be the new on-screen General Manager of ECW.
As announced last night on Raw, Vickie Guerrero is the new on-screen General Manager of Raw.
i am so glad Teddy's back.Smackdown was awesome when he was gm. As soon as vickie came it becmae stupid and bias.
