I'm thinking about starting a pic fed but i need to know if i should include it each week or do a PPV each month, because there is no way i can keep up each week.

Set a schedule for yourself and do it when you get free time. The typical wrestling calender goes Weekly event (4 Weeks) then Pay Per View. For Pic fedding I say cut it down to 2 Weekly events. 2 Events and then a PPV. Now by saying weekly that doesnt mean produce a show ever week. Just have a "tv show" format to build storylines and then run that into a PPV and just film and post when you can. I filmed 2 shows and a PPV and it took me about 3 months to do it all. Just depends on how dedicated you are.
