Great Horde collection JokerFC I see some of your figures are suffering from what some of my Mattel figs from that era are suffering from: that weird film/fading that looks like dust but isn't. I'd like to know what that is, how to fix it, and/or how to prevent it. Ya it's a bitch 🤣

I never did get MOTUC Rattlor and I'm kicking myself for it. Last time I looked he was really pricey. I do have the Snakemen 2-pack, but I never opened it, and it goes for so much on eBay I feel like it's throwing money away to open it now, even though I never sell anything.

It was just too much fun to review Skelegod. This figure is amazing.

Target online had many of the Masterverse figures for really cheap a few weeks ago. I got Savage HeMan with Orko for $15, Masterverse HeMan for $11, and Skelegod for $12.50.
Opened Savage HeMan. It is a really cool figure!! I am glad I bought it. The only problem is he is always looking down, cannot really look straight ahead. But that is about it. Love all the weapons and accessories he comes with. It makes me excited to open the Masterverse HeMan I got as well.
Although with Target having a lot of sales on their MOTU figures lately, it makes me wonder if this stuff is actually selling? Or at least selling enough to keep it going? Other signs that make me cautious: At about the same time as the online sale, they had an in-store sale where Origins were $10. Got Sorceress. I saw deluxe Netflix Beastman in Marshalls earlier. It looked like the Target I went into today was about to start clearancing out their stock of Netflix figures.
I have always wondered if Mattel having 3 different lines going at the same time (Masterverse, Origins, Netflix) was over-saturating the market. If MOTU had rebounded back to mass appeal and popularity in the last few years, I wouldn't be asking. But lets be honest: nothing current MOTU is really setting the world on fire.

Savage He-Man is definitely one of my favorite Masterverse figures. Same with Skelegod. I wish they'd made Savage He-Man oversized like Skelegod. Orko is awesome, too. I like the females in the line, but He-Man, Skeletor, and Faker, who are usually my three favorites in any line, are disappointing. Man-At-Arms looks a bit weird, too.
Masterverse is an odd line to me. I think Mattel went all-in on Revelation being a huge hit, which it was critically, but a lot of fans were turned off by it. I liked it a lot, but for me the figures don't quite reflect the animation/look for Revelation, so even with MOTU being my favorite property, I haven't entirely bought in. Plus I have a large Classics collection like many others that's superior in most ways.
Origins is gold, I think, but Mattel couldn't get enough figs on pegs after the first He-Man and Skeletor until the last wave with Sorceress, Jitsu, Stratos, and Buzz-Off. Other than those six, I could count on one hand the number of figures I've seen on pegs since the line started (granted, I don't hunt like I used to, but it's still over a couple years' time).

I saw Target had the retro Castle Grayskull on clearance for $40.
I'm very tempted to pick it up.

Anybody else get the Mega Construx Snake Mountain set? I'm waiting. It's $321 on MattelCreations, and I'm hoping I can swing it for $100 less than that (or better) later on. I got MC Castle Grayskull for $120 from Amazon Warehouse a couple years ago. I'm not expecting or holding out for that but with no place to even put it, $321 is too much for now. It looks amazing, though, so it's hard to wait.

Getting a huge nostalgia buzz off these 2. Never had either as a kid...hopefully they do Thunder Punch He Man & Dragon Blaster Skeletor too 👌

The Origins Terror Claw and Flying Fist are also my first time owning those versions of Skeletor and He-Man. Another one I missed as a kid was Snout Spout. My preorder for him along with Leach is in stock at Big Bad.

My preorder for him along with Leach is in stock at Big Bad. Leech(and all Horde) will be a must for me too. I would LOVE to see the Mummy Horde character take a bow in this line....I missed the MOTUC one and the price is absolutely ferocious. Id also love to see Karg from the movie get a shot. Missed his MOTUC too. Since we are gtting 200x He Man and Skelly? Id love to see a 200x Hordak too. If they done a troop builder of the 200x Horde Knights? they sell gangbusters too. The Horde are my guys and will go all in.
