This is a fun line...I had a few of the originals back when I was a kid. I don't think I would of got any of the new he-man line if the WWE line didn't come out. I got most of the WWE line and the ring, and I was like it would be fun mixing them all up. I picked up all six of wave 1 back in October and then a battle cat at Walmart. Finally found the skysled at a Walmart right before Christmas too.
I'm glad Target has the line now too...I've been to 3 in my area...all seem to have the skysled and battle cat. Picked up panthor yesterday at one. Only one of the targets had had figures...only he-man and skelator. They also had the deluxe ones which I passed on for now...which I'll prob regret since they are already gone haha.
One Walmart near me still has a ton of everyone from line 1 just warming the shelves...you would think they would mark those down soon...

I was able to find the set of Mer-man/She-Ra/Roboto/Zordac and then the deluxe figures at Target. I got doubles of the Battle Armor figures. I’m only buying these for my son, but Battle Armor He-man and Skeletor are super sentimental to me. So I got those two for myself to put on Battle Cat and Panthor. This is a super fun line. I hope it does really well and goes deep into the character well. I've only found the Battle Armor He-Man so far. I want the others you mentioned so bad, I've been looking at the 4 Targets around me every couple days but nothing yet. I could be wrong but something tells me these won't be as easy to find as the first wave. |

I've been to Target 9 times in the last two weeks (two locations), and one Panthor is the only new release item I've seen. Otherwise it's just been He-Man, Skeletor, Battle Cat, and the Sky Sled.
It's still early in the year, so hopefully they'll start showing up, but I'm also wondering if it's just the Targets by me, as they never seem to have more than one case of any line (lots of empty racks even before the reset).

Didn’t scan back to see if it’s a know thing but just opened my Roboto, package says there should be 3 interchangeable weapons, mine only had the axe and blaster. Anyone else have this as well?

I have to say I am extremely excited to see what they do with the Godzilla license. The Ultimates have potential to be amazing!
On a side note, I think its time MOTU and Super7 get there own threads instead of this mash-up currently going on.

When it comes to the Thundertank, it's the same for me as Castle Grayskull and Snake Mountain.
I have a bunch of MOTUC figures (it's all I collected for years), but I knew right away I wouldn't get Grayskull when they announced the price and size. Same with Snake Mountain. They both look incredible but are too expensive, no matter how much of a fan of MOTU I am.
I'm sure the Thundertank will be amazing, but $450 plus shipping is way too expensive for me to justify whether I have the money or not. Collecting is my thing, but you still have to draw the line somewhere (a line Super7 blew right past a ways back haha).

Seeing them do that Thundertank makes me wonder if they'll do a remastered Sewer Playset and/or Technodrome for their TMNT line. At $450, it's a HUGE ask but I know people would buy it.

Big Bad got my preorder of MOTU Origins Wave 3 in stock (She-Ra wave). I don't know if I should ship it now or try to wait for at least Wave 2. I'm not as excited for this wave because She-Ra is kind of meh and Mer-Man doesn't have his mini-comics head.

Faker has now been inserted into MOTU Origins Wave 6 in place of Stinkor, which would be a bummer if Faker wasn't my favorite character. Plus Big Bad said Stinkor will be in the next wave, so he's still on the way. I wonder if including Stinkor's smell caused a delay somehow.
Anyone have any preference on which Faker we get, orange armor with red hair or magenta armor with orange hair?
I want both, but I think they'll go with magenta armor because of his original card art and the Origins card art he was on depicted him that way.
A deluxe release with both armors and heads would have been cool, but maybe a Battle Armor is on the way as a deluxe (maybe with an original He-Man head or battle damaged robot head).

I’m team orange armor all day on Faker. Faker was always one of my favorites. I like Stinkor too but I’m not sad about getting Faker first.
