Not Mattel, but I found a case of the Loyal Subjects MOTU vinyl figures at TRU today. I bought two and ended up with Man-E-Faces and Evil Lyn. Here's what they look like if you didn't know these were coming:  I REALLY want a Faker, but I see that the Loyal Subjects made him a chase figure, like 1 in 96 or something crazy along those lines... Heck with that. |

Not Mattel, but I found a case of the Loyal Subjects MOTU vinyl figures at TRU today. I bought two and ended up with Man-E-Faces and Evil Lyn. Here's what they look like if you didn't know these were coming: I REALLY want a Faker, but I see that the Loyal Subjects made him a chase figure, like 1 in 96 or something crazy along those lines... Heck with that. Yeah, I was a little bummed about that too. Faker is 1/96, Teela is 1/48, and Evil Lyn is 1/24. The only good thing is that the case assortments are much more randomized than they used to be. Someone over on he-man.org pulled two Evil Lyns out of the same case. |

I read a report that another collector had a Trap Jaw missing a foot too. Customer service seems pretty good from TLS though, so they should probably help you out. |

Now there's a thought.......size wise? these will be comparable to the LJN guys. Therefore my Cats Lair may serve another purpose soon....HMMM.
I'm all over the place about General Sundar. Don't know whether to get him or not......If there was a removable Horde Symbol I would get him. But then I think he may look cracking in my Great Rebellion......decisions decisions.

I bought Sundar because he looks cool dammit and those extra trooper heads intrigue me. Has the rerelease of the Horde Trooper 2 pack been cancelled lads? If so it'll be a DAMN pity. I was gonna trick around with some of those extra heads Rumor was that the single-pack rerelease of the Horde Trooper, along with the Roton/Skelcon set, may still be offered on Mattycollector in November. If not, hopefully Super 7 will get around to making more of them. The new heads that come with General Sunder are great, I especially like the Aqua Troopers that look cool accompanying Octavia! |

Nah, I got my first two (right arm-less Beastie & TJ) from a TRU store. The next four (Beastie, Stratos & TJ X 2) were from TRU.com. The last two (Skelly & TJ) were from a Hot Topic. Ah, ok. I was going to say. I've seen a few instances of three of the same figure in the same case...but four would be just horrible distribution. |

The Horde are my favourite MOTU faction by far......Halloween and The Horde are always intertwined for me since I got all 4 original guys on Halloween when I was a kid from my Grandfather O Rourke. So thanks to some help from PJ I was able to add some more guys to my Horde in time for Halloween this year......Vultak & Prahvus. I also added Despara but am keeping her with the awesome human head and using her as a different character. I never dreamed that we would have a Horde this fleshed out in MOTUC....and with the Horde Wraith still to come? It just keeps getting better. Hordak(and 3 variants) Grizzlor Leech Mantenna Modulok Shadow Weaver Dragstor Mosquitor Catra Octavia Entraptra Scorpia Batros Vultak Prahvus Horde Prime Horde Troopers Despara Horde Wraith Calix Chop Shop....LOL Double Trouble also feel like I'm forgetting someone. I know in MOTUC canon Ninjor is a Horde spy but it isn't him.....HMM. Guess Ill figure it out when I lay them all out tomorrow. |
