Yup, we barely made it with 100.09%...That's only a handful of subs over the minimum! Big thanks goes to the members here that subbed at the last-minute, it truly made a difference and allowed MOTUC to now end on an amazing note. Here's a cool graphic someone made which shows the remaining figures we'll be getting in 2015:  Congratulations to everybody...I'm happy that MOTUC will be a complete collection! |

Well, NYTF revealed that the new mini-sub for MOTUC this year is one for new 200X characters! For those interested, I just wanted to spread the word about the six new figures, along with the exclusive accessory pack with alternate 200X heads for Sy-Klone, Grizzlor, Buzz-Off, Roboto, Snout Spout, and Clawful!  I hope this helps...So far, the sub is at about 40+% with a couple of weeks to go! |

Matty recently revealed the prototypes for Queen Grayskull (Veena) and King Chooblah (The Kulatak Elder), so I decided to update the ad I made last week...  At last count, a couple of days ago, the sub was at 50% with 10 more days to go now, so I encourage any fan of MOTUC or the 200X series to buy a sub before the deadline. These final figures are looking great and it would be a shame if they don't go through. I hope this helps! |

the 200X sub is a cracker....best mini sub yet. The only one I don't want is Ceratus.
I also hope that for Buzzsaw Hordak they give us the 200X Hordak like they have done with King Hiss. Buzzsaw Hordak was exactly the same as the original one aside from the gimmick.

I meant to post this earlier but got busy: Mattel revealed the final figure, Prahvus, so I updated my ad yet again...  And this time, there's another ad (Not sure if it's officially Matty's or not) too!  The last update, this morning, puts the sub at 81% with only 3 days to go. It sounds kinda dicey but Club Etheria was at 78%, with only two days left, last year and that sub ended up going through. So, it's all very do-able and every sub counts! I think the Four Horsemen did an amazing job with all these new figures and didn't skimp out on any details. Personally, I wasn't excited about King Chooblah but the figure itself looks great and won me over. I really want him, Queen Grayskull, and Prahvus the most! the 200X sub is a cracker....best mini sub yet. The only one I don't want is Ceratus. I also hope that for Buzzsaw Hordak they give us the 200X Hordak like they have done with King Hiss. Buzzsaw Hordak was exactly the same as the original one aside from the gimmick. That would be very cool, actually! I'm hoping that they can still include a Filmation-styled head for the SDCC version but it would be nice if Buzzsaw Hordak was more than a simple Hordak repaint. I forgot to mention this for a long time but the cool news is that the 200X mini-sub ended up going through! In fact, the first figure will be coming out in a couple of months already. At the same time, it will be exciting to see what news will be revealed at SDCC...I want to hear about the proposed lineup for 2016 and also, if the rumors of a MOTUC Snake Mountain playset will be true! For now, I got Blast Attak this month and he's got a nice steampunk vibe to him. I never knew about him as a kid, so it's cool to have him now. Too bad he doesn't come apart, like the vintage figure does, but I'm thinking of having an extra one with the head, arms, and legs popped off as an "exploded" version. For fun, I made this silly Toyternia comic...I hope you like it!      |

man oh man.....what a collection its been.
I will be reorganising my Snake Men faction with the arrival of 200X King Hiss. He will be the boss and Draego Man will be his enforcer. Hiss will have convinced Draego Man that the reptilian species should be ruling Eternia and he will help him restore his people to glory when they eventually win. This of course forked tongued lies!!
I enjoy reworking characters in my MOTU mythos. I have done the same with Horde Prime, Twistoid and Blast Atak. Giving them more satisfying origins as well as have reworked the Horde hierarchy.

Yea, Skeletor is no longer available from Matty so your only option is the secondary market. Im not sure if He-man is still available on Matty or not. They are great looking figures and Im so glad I started collecting them. I personally think they are the best action figures around at the moment. I was late getting on board, luckily for me there was an awesome 2012 black friday sale on Matty where I picked many up for $10! My faves are Draego Man, Granamyr, Madame Razz, Light Hope, Kobra Khan, theres just too many to name but those are the ones off the top of my head. One that you can pick up pretty cheap is Karatti who I think looks awesome. He reminds me of a Predator like alien of sorts. |

I think I may be onboard for the filmation figures. They look pretty damn incredible. I hate the MattyCollector format but I think I'm willing to commit to the major characters. I know I'm 100% getting He-man, Skeletor and Beast Man. I may sub though because there isn't a name of the 6 I don't like. My only hesitation is not knowing how extensive they're going to get with the line. If it doesn't do well I don't want to have 7-8 figures and an empty feeling.

If you look on the He-man.org site, which Mattel and the 4Horsemen use as a guide, they are already calling for half the character roster from the cartoon. Don't forget, outside of this 2016 Filmation sub, 2014 had a filmation sub that had Plundor, Strong-Arm, Ice Man, Octavia, Pharoh, Horde Troopers, and soneone else thats soipped my mind. So, there are a hand full of Filmation accurate figures currently available to add to a collection now, while you wait for February 2016. Also, the Hover Robots. Edit* The other character was Lizard Man. Aswell as Shokoti. |
