MOTUC rules......
in 2012 and 2013 I never opened 1 figure until Christmas......but this year I have been opening as they arrive. two Bad, Glimmer & Modulok have all been awesome.

This year I did quarterly shipping.. so I've been waiting. But modulok looks sooooo good.

I really need to get Grayskull Thing is incredible. The $350 shipped price tag is really steep, BUT it's one of those things that if you don't buy when it's available it will only go up in price at a later time. I'm living with that regret with the Ghostbusters stuff, sadly. My problem is where to put it. It's a massive display piece and I don't want to spend that kind of money and then have to leave it in the box for lack of somewhere to put it. It is genuinely one of the coolest playsets ever, maybe the best ever imo. It really takes all my willpower not to spend the money every time I see it. |

Castle Grayskull is an amazing playset! I remember when fans were complaining that the prototype was a few inches shorter than the original B-sheet spec and the jawbridge entrance was too short but the final product is huge. There's a lot of great sculpting details and paint deco, as well as several neat accessories. My favorite is the silver Power Sword! Grayskull was so much fun that I started a silly photo mini-comic, called The Adventures of Toyternia, to celebrate its arrival...      If anyone's interested, I can post the rest of this mini-comic...I also made a couple of quick ones for Two-Bad and Glimmer/Modulok!  Fortunately, Castle Grayskull is still available at Matty's site. I have a feeling that once it sells out, it will be very expensive to obtain. Just the shipping charges on the giant box alone will be pricey. I've already seen some sellers asking for $500+ on eBay! |

Yeah, the subs are still squeaking by, but each year it's getting harder. That, and the increasing costs, made them change their strategy and cut out a lot of the filler. The original roadmap was to get figures until 2018 but now, the goal is to finish the main vintage factions by the end of 2015.
Club Etheria was still green-lit and is going ahead, with 97% of the minimum quota, so that takes care of a big chunk of the missing POP characters. There are still 6 figures left to be announced for this year, and about 20 major MOTU, POP, and NA characters left to go, so they could wrap up the line nicely next year if Club Eternia gets enough support for one last sub!
Personally, I'd like to see MOTUC go on for one extra year in 2016 in order to get some of the neat figures that got pushed back for the vintage ones, like Filmation Hordak, Lord Masque, Dare/He-Ro II, 200X Captain Randor, Darius, Songster, Illumina, Fang-Or, Great Black Wizard, and a few more Filmation, 200X, NA, and concept characters. I think it would a nice way to end the line on a high note!
MOTUC is an expensive line but a very nice one...It's already naturally winding down, so I'll stick with it until the end!

A little late to the party ,but i enjoyed the Greyskull comic immensely. Thanks, I appreciate that...I enjoy taking silly pics of my collection, it's fun! SDCC 2014 exclusive announced. Filmation style Hordak. Can't freakin wait!!! Everyone over at He-Man.org is all up in arms about it.......but im actually pretty excited by this. I always wanted a Filmation Hordak.......plus he comes with that Imp! Yeah, there's been a lot of backlash about Filmation Hordak being more of a repaint than a unique figure but I still want to get him. I also liked that Imp and I'm hoping that I find someone that will pick up the exclusive Imp as Treasure Chest bonus for me. I recently posted this on he-man.org, poking fun at the current situation...    For now, I can't wait to get Scorpia this month! |

I lost when the Sorceress said " i cant sit down"......you packed so many complaints into such a short mini comic and made them seem both ,like important complaints, whole simultaneously making making it clear how some of those complaints are fans just taking things too seriously. Also an extra 10 points for Vince being, seemingly unaffected by the monstrous entities themselves, and more po'ed that theyre in his office at all.....lol........good stuff |

What Hordak is that? I know I haven't looked at my collection in a while due to it being boxed up. But I do not remember that one.
